HASKO Shower Caddy Suction Cup, Shower Shelf with Soap Dish and Hooks Organizer, Suction Bathroom Shelf for Storage, Wall Mounted Basket (Polished Stainless Steel SS304)

I almost never write product reviews but this shower caddy deserves to be highlighted. I purchased it in 2018 and it has done exactly what it's supposed to do, year after year. Because my shower is ceramic (which is breathable/porous), I had to install it by using the two adhesive pads, and then attaching the suction cups to those pads. The adhesive pads are great: easy to put on and they provide a great surface for the suction cups. About once a year--no more often than that--one of the suction cups detaches itself. When it does, however, the other one is strong enough to keep the whole thing attached to the wall. All I have to do is re-attach the loose cup, which takes about ten seconds, and I'm good to go for about another year. One of the nice features of this caddy is that it swings away (tilts up) from the wall for cleaning/drying: no need to detach anything from the wall. I can imagine this shower caddy lasting many more years, as it is very well constructed. All products should be made this well and be as maintenance-free. Obviously, I recommend it without reservation.

Having had many conventional suction-cup shower baskets in the past, I was pleased to find this product that advertised a more innovative - and seemingly secure - method of attachment. I was not disappointed! I cleaned and prepped my bathtub's smooth tile walls according to directions and pressed the suction cups into place. The screw caps secured the basket, while at the same time increased the suction against the tiles. It took some muscle to turn the screws and it took more turns than I'd anticipated to finally lock them in tightly, but I haven't had to tighten them since the installation. The basket has been up for a couple of weeks and it isn't budging! I love the fact that it has such a tight hold without an adhesive, so will leave no residual marks on my tiles when I do decide to remove the basket. (It does, though, come with adhesive backings for installations on non-smooth surfaces.) Also love that it accommodates shower/shampoo bottles and bar soap, and also has two sets of hooks that are great for a razor, washcloth, loofah, etc. Watching the manufacturer's installation video was a great help and made the installation a breeze; I found the written instructions a bit minimalist and confusing. Wonderful, attractive, functional product!

Using on glass block in shower. The "knobs" actually screw in to create the suction; directions instruct to tighten slightly after some hours and days of usage, so I follow that and indeed they require this adjustment. The metal basket is substantial. It's a well-designed product. One of the suction knobs has totally loosened twice. Good news is that the other knob held up the basket and contents without a problem (though not sustainable long term). The suction loss may be due to the difficulty of aligning two suction hooks: any additional force put on the hooks because the surface they are attached to does not lie in-plane may cause loss of suction. By this I mean that the basket is attached to two different glass tiles in the shower, the tiles may not be precisely "in plane", with the result that when the suctions knobs are tightened there will then be an additional twisting force applied to one or the other suction knob...possibly tending to loosen the suction. Or it may be that I have a difficult suction knob on that one. I will have to tinker with this a bit more (bought the matching double hook model with one suction knob and it is working very well), I expect that this will work well then. Update about 2 years later: the basket held up in place for two years. Last weekend it did come crashing down in the middle of the night. The missus noticed that one knob was loose but didn't tell me. So the basket held up for a day or two with only one suction cup...a notable valiant feat! I think that staying up for 2 years was extraordinary, with daily use of the basket's items. I put it back up and it's holding. One thing I noticed is that when "new" the knobs needed to be tightened regularly for some period of time, but now the screw knobs seem to be "hard" and not as "elastic" as when new. Hopefully this will stay up another 2 years (or more)., In all, we continue to be very pleased with this product!

I'm glad this came as a 2-pk. It's a great organizer in a nice bronze color and has been holding up for 2 weeks so far. I made sure to clean my plastic shower enclosure really well before attaching the suction cups, and so far no slippage. It was very easy to put together and attach. The organizers are not that big so they won't hold large bottles, but I managed to fit 4 smaller bottles in the main compartment of one, which works for my needs. The 1st organizer I put up has been so nice to have because I have back pain, and it prevents me from bending over or twisting too much to reach for products. I have even been able to shower with my waterproof bluetooth speaker and all my shower products on the organizer without it falling down from the weight. My complaint is that the 2nd organizer arrived broken. One of the wires is completely detached from the basket on one end. The shipping box wasn't damaged so I'm concerned about the longevity of this product. I went ahead and attached the organizer in my 2nd shower though. Instead of returning both, I decided to keep them and just be extra cautious with the broken one and hope for the best, simply due to its usefulness. In short, it's nice to have for small to medium sized bottles, especially if the 2-pk is on sale.

I love these products. This is the second one I purchased. They work and look great. Easy to install.

Do not buy this. The product is not work as advertised, and Amazon and the seller do not stand by the product, and will not accept your return. Also if I could give less than one star to this company I would, but Amazon forces you to at least give one star. I absolutely hate this product. I just spent thousands of dollars to remodel my bathroom, and this stupid thing fell off the wall and put a gouge in my brand new bathtub. I should have known better, we have brand new tile on the wall I cleaned it thoroughly and put this on the wall and it fell off the first day. I thought maybe I'd done something wrong so I went back and scrub the walls, then clean the suction cups, and put it back on the wall again. It's stayed up a week or so and then I heard a loud crash. We had no idea what it was, it scared my wife half to death. Eventually we figured out it was this thing. The only things that were on it was my wife's shaving cream and razor, they barely weigh anything. There's no way I'm putting this back up again, so I decide to return it. Guess what it's only been a few weeks since I bought it, and Amazon / the seller says this item is not eligible for return. So furious, Amazon used to take care of their customers, and it had very few problems but I never worried about it because I knew something was wrong I could return it. Apparently not anymore, and apparently this company doesn't stand behind their product. Don't make the same mistake I did, buying this product can destroy your bathroom.

After using daily for a year I can safely say this product is extremely well built and sturdy. The suction cups are incredible. I installed and kept tightening the knobs as instructed for at least 24 hours, which was easy, before putting any weight in the basket. The material never rusted or moved from its original install location. Where the product really shines is the removal. In past apartments I've use the sticker adhesive caddy's and fought tooth and nail to remove the adhesive. This caddy took 10 seconds to unscrew the knobs and layer by layer pull off the pieces from the wall with no marks or leftover residue. Highly recommend!

Our shower/tubs are fiberglass, and since we wipe down the shower walls after each shower it doesn't get icky. I used a slightly damp washcloth, scrubbed where the suction cups would be placed, made sure it was dry with a towel, and then let it stand for a few minutes just to make doubly sure it was dry. The suction cups gripped right away and tightened down for an iron grip and they have stayed that way for over a week now. I have checked the twist knobs a couple of times (since I was already in the shower it was easy to remember and do) and they only needed a bit of turning. They have stayed rock solid where we put them. Perfect for what we wanted them to do. ADDITIONAL NOTE: After a couple of weeks the twist knobs no longer needed to be re-tightened. The baskets are staying solidly on the shower walls. TWO YEARS LATER: One did not fall off the shower wall, but suction cups are not a permanent way to fasten. However just a bit of silicone adhesive smeared around the suction cup and I expect they are now going to stay up until I take them down. No more need to re-tighten the knobs no either. Really like these for holding stuff right where you want it.

Easy to fit

This is a very sturdy holder for your shampoo, exfolliating gear, etc. Has a moveable cradle hook for your razor, and the soap holder is large enough to hold a big huge man sized bar. The suction cups are beyond excellent and hold indefinitely on glass. Just make sure the glass is clean first. In fact never has fallen once in owning this item now over a year. I recommend this great shower item and would definitely purchase again.

Bought this a few months ago. In that time, it fell off the wall once, probably due to my error. Suction is very good. Good gauge of metal. Cleans well. No signs of rust yet...

This is brilliant, I have 4 heavy bottles of shampoo etc in it and its still on the wall, so great suction, would definitely recommend.

Easy to install and stays in place. Do clean the surface with alcohol as directed; it does make a difference. After a few weeks, one side came loose and I had to affix it again. It has since been solid. I believe the one side simply wasn't tight enough initially. The lesson is to check and potentially tighten after it's been up for a week or so. Overall, this is a nice looking, well functioning product. If you ever so choose, removal is also simple and leaves no mark.
