Great quality! Brighten your image ahead of time
Very high quality! The picture turned out detailed and accurate. I used a png with a transparent background, which the print handled just fine. Love the final product. One thing to note is that the printed picture appears a bit darker on the mug than on my phone screen, so it might be worth brightening your image a small amount ahead of submitting it for the best color accuracy.

I ordered this mug as a Father’s Day gift, using the grandchildren’s pet name for grandpa and a picture of the three grandsons. The mug arrived quickly, was very sturdy and colorful..... but No Picture!I followed directions in uploading the picture and will admit the error could well have been on my end, so did not persue a replacement. It was a disappointment, but the mug is functional as is.Be careful when uploading your photo and you will be very happy with this reasonably priced coffee mug!

I ordered this mug for my mom for mother's day. It is a quality mug that doesn't chip or scratch in the dishwasher! It came well protected in Styrofoam and was in perfect condition upon arrival! The image I put on it was better that I thought it would be! It was exactly like the template example. It is so cute! She loved it!
