Good deal
The product is not strong enough as expected. When I received it i thought to change it immediately. God knows how long it will be safed. One star for the product and zero star for Amazon customer care
Bad product and worst customer care from Amazon .the handle of the suitcase came off on first use .. tried to get in touch with Amazon customer care .. it goes in autobot system and you can’t reach a human being .. Delseys customer care given doesn’t work and I can’t get hold of correct number because Amazon customer care is a autobot.. flipkart os thousand times better in such cases ..

Flimsy. Cheap thin material.
Looks good. But flimsy. Couple of air travels and it’s cracked at the edges. Dents on corners. Did not expect this kind of thin flimsy material & quality from Delsey. Don’t buy!

Delsey is 👌every time
Have used Delsey for long. Wasnt disappointed this time too. Extemely light weight and this feature will be felt when one has to pull the 🧳 for long and when one has to pick up to put it in an overhead section or anywhere at height. Also the look deceives the space it has and its good for 1-2 days luggage without men shoes. Delseys run for life if kept well. So hopefully this should also have a long run. I have been using two - both are above 10 years now.

Classy Cabin Bag,Worth!
When this bag was delivered packaging was open but overall I loved this bag. First of all Looks classy and elegant. Secondly material is sturdy and strong. Thirdly, fits into Cabin and easy to carry. Wheels are good, and space for stuff is enough.
