I hope the company is able to read this, Copper Moon Coffee MAP (tried online chat, no response at 10:12 am CT, posting 3:10 pm). This is a serious production issue. My review is about the packaging of the individual packets of coffee, not the coffee itself. Every single pack (40 packs) was split open at the middle seam. I know because I checked each pack to see if anything was salvageable. It appears that the packs were not (heat or glue??) sealed properly. We’ve purchased this many times before, have not had an issue, and no complaints on taste, etc. It’s a big mess. Refund was issued but posting for awareness and hopefully action on company’s part.

This is actually pretty decent coffee. I bought it to put in vacation rentals that I co-host. My husband and I decided to give it a try before I left it for guests. We both quite enjoyed it. I will definitely buy it again. I also placed an order for the breakfast blend. I'm looking forward to trying it in the morning.

I thought I was ordering the hotel coffee packets. These are big packets, to me, for a 30 cup percolator! I wanted the drop in packets, so this is my fault, but nowhere did I read an accurate description of this.

Nice single pot coffee bags. The breakfast blend is good but a bit weaker than the other blend that is a bit more robust. If you like a more mild flavor with your coffee then this is a great choice.

I am a huge coffee drinker. I drink some expensive stuff from time to time and your cheaper name brands mostly. Daily. Bought this for work on a wim. I had low expectations as this is very cheap compared to name brands. To say this was a pleasant surprise is an understatement. This coffee packs a flavor punch that was whole heartedly unexpected. Rich, smooth and bold. If you're a coffee drinker and looking for huge flavor at a great price. This is the coffee for you. I absolutely recommend this for your daily coffee drinkers.
