fully satisfied with the item. Seems durable all around, has great features. regarding electrician tools, hold quite a lot. The waist strap is a nice addition to help carry the load. uses ykk zippers, thank you. really nice hammer holder on the outside.

Great tool storage, but uncomfortable straps.
I purchased this product looking for a way to consolidate my laptop briefcase/messenger bag and a small assortment of tools. While the product has a really good tool organization system, I (5' 7", athletic build) found that the shoulder straps do not adequately transfer the load off my shoulders even with the hip belt and was not as comfortable as other packs I've worn (hiking packs and other bookbags). For me, the spacing between the straps seems a little too narrow and really cuts into my arms.The product is not without it's merits though. The tool organization and quality of the backpack is top notch. If Ergodyne could figure out how to transfer more of the load to the hips, it would be a great product. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to return this since comfort is a pretty big issue out on the job-site.

Great choice for quick access.
Very heavy duty. Lots of pockets. I have a repair service for exercise equipment and I only have to carry one bag now. My hands are free to carry paperwork or parts.Update 5/19/19 : still holding up well after a couple of years. All stitching still good some wear on the center pockets but that's what I use the most.

Hardly the best out there
Hardly the best out there. Mine has been falling apart since the day that I got it. I am looking to replace it already, as it is absolutely useless.
