This Stuff Is A M A Z I N G ! ! ! !
Camphor and Menthol really help with muscle aches and pain, so it's no surprise these are the active ingredients found here. What I really like about this product is that it comes in a roll and you can cut to size "patches" for areas needed. I apply and leave on for about 12+ hours, no more than 24 hours. The adhesion is great and doesn't come loose. Take your time peeling away from backing so it doesn't stick to itself. Also, since most areas where this will be applied are soft skin areas, take your time slowly peeling away from skin or use a soapy water. Be aware that reapplying frequently to one area can irritate skin. Last thing, the can is great. but you'll want to place the roll in a ziplock bag after removing from original packaging to keep it from drying out.

Tape for pain
This tape sticks so well it left welts on my skin when I tried to take it off in the shower. I used it on my lumbar area. I never used it again.

I find this brand works for me better than Salonpas. The adhesive however, can be a little rough on your skin, so I can’t use it every day but it does work

Quality not the same
I've been buying this for decades. The last years its potentency has declined. The color, thickness-paper thin now-, and quality of it has changed. I stopped buying it for a while and just bought another can, because I do miss it. Hoping that maybe it would be like the old one. Unfortunately it's not. It's still works okay but for the price.I'm just not going to bother buying it anymore.Sadly.

the quality is very good
I have used this product for probably 47 years. I have used it on infection cuts, sore muscles, leg cramps, and so many numerous applications. It is phenomenal. I would recommend it to all my friends, family, and even strangers, that is how much I value this product. One Large complaint. Is it is priced way to high. I used to buy it for $5.00 and then a few years ago for $15.00. I understand that prices have exoculated for many things, however that is a huge jump in price. Thank you,
