This is by far the best consumer dark roast I’ve ever found. It’s smooth, yet definitely has the bold aroma and flavor I’ve been looking for. Not super acidic. The amount/size offered, makes it feel like a real value. If you like dark roast and feel like you’re being overcharged on small sizes, get this. It seems expensive but lasts a long time with proper storage.

My wife and I have been drinking this coffee for years now. The flavor is good! It’s my favorite smell in the morning and it smells very good.What I noticed right away about the coffee beans as compared to other brands is they are oily. That means the beans have been deeply roasted then packaged immediately.The packaging is also very good! I can’t find one bad thing to say about this coffee.So good!

A very strong coffee. I love the dark, oily beans, and that wonderful aroma when I grind the beans. The flavor can be overwhelming, so I had to play with my grind and amount per pot until I found the right combo. My husband is a truck driver and he really likes this coffee. I use it for our first pot in the morning to get everyone wide awake!

It's really robust and delicious if you're interested in a good cup but the tarrifs made it out of my price range

For me, there are few thing in life as enjoyable as a great cup of coffee.. I love the taste of coffee with nothing added.. that has a strong, rich flavor...not acidic, not bitter, with no astringent aftertaste.. I favor the very dark jet black beans with a little of the oily sheen.. This is really, really good.. I shared some with 2 of my work colleagues who have similar tastes and they also really liked it. This is the best mail order coffee I have found so far...

These beans are amazing! I use an old Saeco Aroma espresso machine, it works great! These dark rich beans provide a magnificent robust very smooth flavor, the coffee is very low if none acidity (I hate acid bitter coffee) I was using Don Pablo Cuban dark roast (also an excellent bean) ….. however I will most definitely substitute with Brooklyn …. I had never heard of or seen them before and gave it a shot…… honestly very impressive and well priced! I am an espresso coffee addict … yes with some milk and sugar or as cortado ! Ihighly recommend if you love a dark flavored bean but with a smooth taste , this is it. The creamy brew is obviously whatever machine u have, and mine produces an excellent creamy rich dark brown color with these beans!

This coffee is wonderful, my favorite is the dark roast. It's full of flavor and smooth! It is the coffee I compare others to, and it still comes out on top for being a great well-rounded cup of coffee.

The only complain I have is the lack of freshness. I expected to receive recently roasted beans, but the one i received appears to have been roasted at least three months ago. The Bean and the coffee are not bad by any means, I'm just disappointed because the description suggest that the beans are roasted weekly packed and shipped.
