Cracking bit of kit
Purchased this to automate fan speeds based on temperature sensor readings. If you've used an Arduino before then this will be easy to use. Wifi module works brilliantly.

Genuine Arduino Board
Ideal for Arduino projects where you need a Wifi connection.

It's not just a Uno with wifi
I wanted to get into Arduino and had a few projects in mind - one of which would have been helpful to have Wifi so thought I would get this model rather than the basic Uno. Turns out that it is a very different board and that lots of shields and example code don't work. If you know what you're doing then it'll be fine but if you are a beginner like me you would be better getting a plain Uno and getting this later. I bought a Uno later to unlock some of the projects I was having problems with and don't regret having this (I've done some interesting bluetooth low energy stuff connecting to a microbit) I was initially frustrated

Terrible product
ESSID cannot be found on any device, so adding settings for WiFi connection cannot be achieved unless uploaded in a sketch. If I wanted to consume my sketch with WiFi connection jank I would have bought a cheaper board and a WiFi module.

Sensor work capabilities I believe.
A brand for Android I sense.

Excellent board!
This board is amazing! The only thing is that I wouldnโt recommend it to beginners that want to build a complex project because this version doesnโt have as many examples/libraries/tutorials as the โUNOโ version. This board is very complete and will fit many many many different applications!

Works for me
My first Arduino board is more than 10 years old and refuses to accept any downloads. I bought this one because it has WiFi builtin and I will need all 14 digital pins for my project. We will be connecting to it with Bluetooth from just a few feet away, so the range is not an issue for me. The Arduino IDE did insist on installing the package for the CPU on this board, it seems to work without having to resort to downloading another package. Cons: Why the H did they put a "printer" USB connector on this? What's wrong with the standard micro USB or USB-C? All I can think of is they were on sale. I was surprised that I still had one lying around.

Trรจs mauvais WIFI
