Nice cabinet, good value
Although it is very heavy, it arrived in good condition. Instructions were fairly easy to follow and it went together well with two of us working on it. It looks just like the picture so there were no surprises there. Very nice piece of furniture.

Looks Good but its mostly made up of particle boad. Paid too much for for cheap MDF materials.
Looks Good but its mostly made up of particle board. Definitely paid too much for it. The MDF materials used on the top and side will not last long, it will not take much to scratch it. Go spend your $$$ elsewhere.

Not worth the price. Chips and unaligned pieces. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Defective product. Horrible customer service. I was reluctant to spend nearly $500 on this TV stand but I liked the look and it was the right size and design I was looking for. When it arrived and I began to assemble I realized many of the pieces came with chips, areas missing paint, and parts that did not line up correctly. I took photos and sent two emails to the company about the issue but never once received a response -- even after an automated email from them after my purchase asking my to reach out with any issues before leaving a negative Amazon review. A few weeks later I email them through Amazon and they told me its been more than 30 days, there's nothing they can do, and to email the company directly for further assistance....well, I've already done all that and the only reason it's been more than 30 days is because I was waiting on your response. Shockingly terrible customer service. Overall, the furniture is not bad enough to deal with that long disassemble and reassemble of a new one so I will keep it. It's decent quality other than the chips and few places that don't align right but it's definitely not worth $500. I would like to receive a refund if you're out there listening....

PRICE NOT JUSTIFIED
Really wanted to like this TV stand. Had everything I was looking for. Open spaces for center channel speaker and AV receiver, as well as closed cabinets for equipment that doesn't require a lot of cooling. Primarily to keep the dust off. Like other reviewers have said, color is not black but a very dark brown. It's actually a nice color. Construction is solid. Nice back panels with holes cut out to route cables. Oh and the hardware comes separated in little plastic bags making it easy to find. Just check the parts list and make sure you have everything. I got to the end before realizing I was missing the screws to attach the glass doors. Assembly is fairly straightforward. Wording doesn't include a lot of detail so pay attention to the orientation of pieces. Halfway through assembly I noticed quite a large gap between the shelf and left side support. Finish was also missing from the edge. On that same side, the wood finish appears to be rubbed away, giving it a different appearance than the rest of the unit. Nothing major, but more should be expected for something that costs over five hundred. Small complaint, but the plastic covers that hide the cam locks are a pain, and most do not fit very well. You must cut the ends to shorten them so they sit flush. Lastly, this thing is heavy! Get. Friend to help you carry it into the house. It comes in one large box. Well packed and protected though.

A Lot of Work, But Worth It
This thing is heavy and it arrived in five days with free shipping. Couple dings, but nothing inside damaged. First of all, do not lose anything! There are no extra screws, dowels, or anything else. If you lose one, you're out of luck so keep track of everything. Assembling this thing is no easy task. I'm not sure what other people are talking about, but I did it completely by myself. It took me around three hours and the next day my hands and wrists were sore from all the screws that had to be driven into the very hefty particle board. This piece uses the typical camlock system that's common with assembled furniture, and A LOT of screws. I really wish I had an electric screwdriver for this project. Now that it's put together, I'm pretty impressed. It displays as a far nicer piece of furniture than the price suggests. One thing that should be mentioned is that this TV stand is brown wood with a black stain. It's not painted black. So in bright sunlight, it can look a little red/brown as the wood shows through a little. The piece feels solidly constructed and stable, but the support on the bottom that is supposed to hold up the middle of the stand snapped off as soon as it was moved. It's far too flimsy for such an important component. I fear that in a year or so it will start to sag in the middle, but I didn't feel like taking everything out of it to turn it upside down and fix it just to load everything in again. The thing comes with tons of shelves and you can adjust them however you want inside the compartments. The perfect mix of open/closed spaces ensures that your heat-sensitive components can breathe and the more durable ones can be hidden. It's also probably the tallest 60" TV stand and it gets the panel at the perfect height for viewing from a couch. Cable holes in the back of every compartment makes running wiring easy. Fit and finish, seams, etc are all exacting. I have a 65" TV and it perfectly fits to the edge of the stand. TVs smaller will have space on each side. Happy with my purchase of this stand right now as I fight the urge to tear everything apart again to try and fix the flimsy center support. When you install it make sure you do it as well as possible.

Love the Bench,
The bench is good quality, it does require quite a bit of installation. (The instructions are pretty good) So you need a free day to get this done with no rush. The BOX is very heavy! Keep that in mind if you have to pull it into the house or up the stairs. Best is to unpack and just carry it in parts.
