does it come with mounting screws

I didn’t get hardware with the item and contacted Safariland. They said the QLS19 does not come with hardware. You use the hardware that came with your holster.

Will it fit the serpa holster for a glock 22?

No. Get a better holster, like a safariland 6378, which this will work with.

Can you tell me the demensions of the holes, which are on the module? i have to compare them to the holster admision of my weapon hk p30:) -german guy

This comes with the fork and screws but no nut and rubber gasket... WHY?

This mounts directly to a safariland holster. The holster has female threaded attachment points for the provided screws molded into the body. There is no need for nuts or washers.
