Excellent vitamin supplement
Excellent supplement. I've been using it for a while and it helps me stay focused at work, i never have that upset tummy some other vitamins give me. So easy to take mixed in a bit of water.

Gives me Energy
I love this stuff. It gets my energy level up and tastes great. I add one pack to a half empty bottle of water, shake it well and drink it right after. It absorbs quickly.

Been taking for the past 10 years. Bloodwork has been great. Improves energy in the morning! Very expensive though.

Does not dissolve
I didn’t notice any difference after taking these for the full month. The taste isn’t good and they don’t dissolve no matter how long it sits in the container. The photos are after it has been dissolving for 30 minutes. The price is absolutely too high IMO. I don’t recommend this product.
