Improved circulation and recovery time!
I've recently heard of the benefits of joint flossing and being someone that experiences some joint discomfort in the shoulders and knees I felt inclined to try it. So far, I've noticed quick relief and improved circulation following a flossing session. Secondly, I've noticed less muscle soreness after a heavy strength training session or long jog when I've flossed after the work outs/jog. All in all, I'm quite satisfied with the product and results that I have noticed since implementing it into my fitness routines. Disclosure: I'm not a physician and my use of this product has been conducted on myself and by myself from techniques I learned through personal research on flossing methods.
