My recommendation is to swipe clean or previously brushed teeth dry with a paper towel bottom teeth 1st, apply a light layer to each front tooth part of your visible smile- use a qtip. Do the tip after in the same manner. After application, have your light and mouthpiece ready; place it and bite gently not to give you TMJ pain (you can hold with your hand if it helps) Turn the light on and wait ten minutes til it beeps off. Instructions encourage a 30 minute wear time but ten minutes is good enough if your smacks aren’t that bad looking. Side note: It helps to use a good electric toothbrush whitening toothpaste and floss everyday- it only adds to the whiteness of your teeth. If you’re not doing that and just whitening people will notice the in between and crevices of your teeth dingy yellow or whatever (ick). But no judgment, sometimes you can’t get white teeth maybe because medications you take so there’s that. But honestly bestie, it works so well I even like it over the 60-70$ crest products! The reason you should QTip it on is you don’t want to get any on your gums where the sensitive issues come in. So by doing it this way your not over applying and wasting your treatment gel. If you end up getting sensitivity you can use a remineralization gel that they conveniently provide. It comes with clear instructions and anyone can do it. Pair with your favorite whitening mouthwashes and gum for on the go saliva action to keep the teeth whiter. I’ve been whitening at home for a long time and over the years there’s always something “new” but I’ve been quite pleased with this whitening kit by ismile. Let me tell you- photos don't do this product justice! This is the best teeth whitening product I've ever used, and I've tried a lot of different whitening products over the years. After reading countless reviews and looking through everyone else's before-and-after photos, I decided to give it a try myself! My teeth had been very yellow for years, and it made me incredibly self-conscious. I brush and floss twice a day, use mouthwash, and still couldn't get the results I really wanted. Now? I actually get compliments on my smile! I no longer hide my teeth in photos or give the closed-mouth smile. I smile big and confidently now. My own before-and-after photos were taken in the exact same spot a little over a week apart, using only natural light from a window with no other lights on. For the best results (in my opinion), I used the product for 30 minutes a day on completely dry teeth. One tip that worked really well for me was placing paper towels under my tongue to absorb saliva. Keeping both your teeth and the whitening gel as dry as possible seemed to make a big difference! I also didn’t have any sensitivity, which normally I do with whitening toothpastes/strips. If you’re considering purchasing this product- do it! You won’t be disappointed! I give this a solid 10/10!

I am a daily coffee drinker and was glad to try this instead of other whitening strips. They made my teeth a couple shades whiter and not hard to use at all. Just twice a day for just 20 mins per session.

It definitely whitens and it’s great if you have sensitive teeth. I usually can’t whiten my teeth because then I end up not even being able to open my mouth, because even exposing my teeth to air hurts SO BAD. This product didn’t give me any sensitivity, I didn’t even need to use the blue gel. It DOES irritate gums though, but what I started doing is placing the product with a little brush. Absolutely RECOMMEND

It works but wow! The chemicals are strong! It burned so badly in my mouth I left it in for only 3-4 minutes.. not the prescribed 10 minutes. So if u have sensitive skin use it wisely. Teeth are more whitened but I will not use it again.

To begin, about 10 years ago my dentist made molds of my upper and lower teeth to start my journey into teeth whitening. Needless to say, had to purchase my whitening product through his office. 3 vials at a time every 6 weeks $75.00. Did that for 6 years, then just started using whitening toothpaste. So recently, while cleaning out a few things from my vanity, I noticed my molds and decided to check out Amazon for a product that would be comparable to what I was using. When I found iSmile and read a few reviews, figured to give it a try. Actually couldn’t believe price, like $55.00 less than what I was paying. I have used it 4 days now at 10 minutes, my teeth are actually way whiter than what I remember from 4 years ago. This is extremely easy to use. Based on some reviews, I’ve read that several are stating that globs of product come out. Others suggested to use q tips. I get that, but in the kit there are 4 clear applicators with caps (just like those that I used way back). All you have to do is remove the blue cap from the vial, and insert the clear applicator. Keep in mind, this applicator has a very small opening. At this point you can do 1 of 2 things. #1 - simply squeeze a small dot of product on each tooth, preferably the center and begin whitening. #2 - if placing product directly in the tray, do not place it on the bottom. Place it above the bottom (as on the rim) keep it low, close to the bottom and begin whitening. Both methods were instructed to me by my dentist. With the clear and correct applicators , globs of product is not released. So, all said, if you truly want white or whiter teeth you absolutely without a doubt MUST get iSmile. I believe you will never find anything better, and at such a ridiculous low price.

I really like this teeth whitening kit. I saw a change in my teeth's color after the first use. You do have to use it about once a week in order to keep your desired results. The one thing that I would change is in my pictures... there is only one of the pieces that you have to screw onto the tube in order to properly track where the gel is going. If you do not have that piece, the gel just kid of goes where ever. That means that you have to unscrew and save that piece after every tube. I wish they would just come on each tube. I don't use the mouth pieces from the box since I have clear retainers, since they are formed to my teeth they fit more snug. However, I have used the mouth pieces from the box and they work just fine. I like that the light shuts off on it's own after 10 minutes, as sometimes I forget to set a timer.

I tried this product and it really works. It whitens your teeth. Made me feel really confident and comfortable again to smile again
