Oh my! This is our favorite curry. Using this simplifies the process and provides a taste that is very close to from scratch process.

When I couldn't find massaman curry paste anywhere I checked on Amzon and was happy to find it and at a reasonable price. I've never had authentic massaman curry before so can't comment on how authentic the taste is but my family likes all types of curries so when I found a recipe that looked like it might be a winner I decided to try it. The ingredients in the paste looked good with no junk so I bought it. My recipe only calls for 3 tablespoons of curry paste so there was plenty left after I opened it which is great value for money. I store the remainder in the fridge. There is a bit of heat to it but not too much that my 11 year old was put off (none of us like spicy foods). In fact everyone agreed the curry was really good and it's now in regular rotation. I've made the curry 4 times now and there's still more curry paste left in the tub for about one, maybe two more curries. Definitely a winner.

I really like this paste. I have ordered it multiple times. I never thought I would make curry on a regular basis but have been making it a few times a month. Spice with a palatable amount of warmth, so good.

Lasts forever in the fridge.

We love this curry paste and use it to slow cook beef with garlic ginger and coconut cream. We add baby potatoes, onion wedges and carrot chunks. Add unsalted peanuts just before serving. Serve with jasmine rice. I’m not Thai, but have travelled a lot and really love Thai food. This is one of my absolute fave weekend dinners to make and everyone in the house gets excited when they smell it. Even 6 year old loves it. Not spicy, just tasty. Delicious.
