This is one of the best Trigger Point rollers. It's the second one I've owned, I had to leave my first one in Mexico. Well constructed, a life saver for your back. Start on carpet and work your way to hard floor rolling. You won't regret this top of the line roller and will last a lifetime.

Soft surface, good, but firm

This is so good for my upper back! I was extremely surprised by the relief it provided. I felt a pop between my shoulder blades, which I've been wishing I could make happen for weeks. It doesn't hurt like other foam rollers I've used in the past.
