No, you cannot scan to flash USB drive. There is no port for that

Yes it does - The provided toner unit gives about 1000 - 1500 copies - Lots of vendors on Amazon sell replacements for less then HP and they all give lots more copies then the factory provided one

Yes this is a copier, scanner and fax - you will need a phone line to the back of it and then you can receive and send faxes. If you do not have a phone line but still want to send documents you can scan them and email the scanned attachment to a party with the included software
