I have wet grinder is it possible to exchane

I have purchased the Grinder (SS) . They claimed that it will finish grinding in 15 min and it was specified 20 min in their manual. When I tried there were some sounds coming from grinder. It took 1.10 hrs for me to grind. I have called up the service center assuming that I have done some mistake. But the service center lady said that they will not come for demo or explanation. (in fact not a rocket science. But the settings might be a matter) So I would recommend that the claims by the company is NOT true. No difference from other grinders which are available in much more cheaper rate. While grinding, there are lot of wastage of flour as well.
