Great purchase!
We bought two without having the benefit of seeing them in any other setting. We kept them and had them installed by our plumber. What a great find. The movement is so smooth. Makes if feel like valve 3X the price. They look great as well.

Very nice high quality shower handle
This shower handle is exactly as pictured. It didn't take my handyman long to install and it operates extra smoothly. No complaints here.

Expensive for what it is but nice.
Beautiful piece and I’m assuming it will last long given the brand name, but I’m docking it a star because I think it is so expensive for what it is. It doesn’t come with a valve so paying this much for just a mixer feels kind of ridiculous, but obviously I did it so here we are. No issues with it so far. Works well and is a really nice gold color. I had it professionally installed so can’t really speak to the installation personally but they didn’t seem to have any issues with it.

DISSAPOINTING. No allen wrench included.
DISAPPOINTING. The handle itself is very nice and looks good but for $80, you would think that the necessary tools would have been included. The instructions show 2 different allen wrenches; neither of which were in the box. No, they were not lodged in some cardboard fold within the packaging. I could not find my own correctly-sized allen wrench to tighten the handle so I had to purchase the correct size. Why are the tools included in cheaper units but not in this overpriced one? If the tools were supposed to have been in the box and are usually shipped with this handle, then the fault is with final quality control. Another thing that bothers me - the handle adapter, that part that connects the handle to the valve is made of ABS plastic and not metal. I am replacing this valve cover because the one I had before this one was also made of the same material and it cracked, making turning the handle useless. For $80, that part should be metal so it never wears out. Again, I like the looks of the handle itself. It appears to be high quality. I cannot say the same for the rest of the package - or what's not included.
