I don’t often leave a review for anything as I’m generally underwhelmed with what products promise to deliver. So despite the good reviews I wasn’t expecting too much. I was astonished how much brighter and lighter my hair looked after just one application. I was a bit worried that it might affect my highlights but it just has very naturally made my hair look a bit fairer. I looked as though I have just come out of the hairdressers. Absolutely delighted with this. Would give it more than five stars if I could.

My hair was constantly tangled and had a very lifeless blonde/brassy colour before I used this mask. Now it feels really soft and looks healthier, lighter and shinier. I wish I could buy this in full size. Will definitely be purchasing more and continue to use it once a week.

Clearly I mis-read the description as while this conditioner does make your hair shinier (not sure if that’s more so than traditional conditioner but I’ll give it the benefit of doubt), it didn't brighten - perhaps as it’s not a purple treatment but just normal conditioner with added oils. Rather disappointed.

I have bleached hair and it often gets very dry. This stuff is great. It conditioned my hair and removed some of the yellow undertones.

I’m not actually sure if my hair looks any brighter when I’ve used it but I buy it because my hair feels lovely, smooth and silky when I’ve used it

Brighten my hair in between colouring. Easy to apply good value for money. Would recommend

This is a one-use sachet of a pale yellow cream. It looks just like ordinary hair conditioner, so no idea why it’s labelled ‘miracle drops’. There is nothing miraculous here. A big let down. My normal conditioner works better at a fraction of the price. It doesn’t brighten nor smoothe. My hair was left coarse and harder to put comb through it than usual. After drying my hair it was frizzy, so I had to use more after-product than I would normally to tame my hair. I won’t be buying again, and I suggest you avoid.
