Bose Wave SoundTouch Music System - Graphite Gray

This sound system is absolutely amazing. I just plugged it in and downloaded the sound touch ap from Bose. With no wires or separate speakers, the sound is wonderful and fills the space it occupies. If the volume is turned up, it can be listened to comfortably from another floor. It is easily set up to connect to a router and then can be controlled from a computer, an iPad or an iPhone. This includes your own iTune library and Pandora streaming music (if you choose). I now control the type of music, individual songs or artists as well as the volume and the on/ off switch remotely. This incredible machine can also be turned on or off with a soft touch on it's top surface.

I have only had the system for two days now, but I really love it. It works great and the sound is awesome I like being able to contol the system from an app on my phone. We bought the fm antenna but found that we did not need it. Even the channels with poor reception come in great. Bose also offers some online tips and videos, which I have not done yet but plan to. I wpould highly recommend this system to anyone looking for great sound and easy to use.

Met all my expectations except for the fact that the Bose Wave Bluetooth adapter cannot be used with this unit. When placing the order the page stated that the adapter was frequently purchased along with this unit which led me to believe that the unit also included the Bluetooth option. This particular unit has AM and FM radio, Wi-Fi (with access to hundreds of radio stations) and a CD player. I returned the Bluetooth adapter and must say that Amazon’s return policy is very fast and simple. We have been using the unit for over a month and the sound is excellent.

I purchased this with my siblings for our parents for Christmas. They have always wanted one but never could justify spending so much. The price is high, but if you love music and you want to hear it at its best, then buy this. Radio stations, CD's, and Pandora sounds amazing and the sounds does fill the room. The only negative thing about the product is the app is a little on the ugly side. It works perfectly fine, just not as flashy as many mainstream apps. With that said the app is easy to use and acts as a remote on any smart phone or tablet. My mom uses it every day and she loves it. My dad looks forward to buying one of the smaller portable Bose speakers so that he can bring the music outside on the deck this summer.

I’ve now had this stereo for a few years. From the very beginning the WiFi device made in this stereo is poor quality. I use Pandora quite a lot and the Bose will connect and play a few songs and then just go to lunch. The app just report “Hmmm can’t find your speaker”. I can turn it off for a while or unplug it and plug it back in. It’s had multiple updates that have been developed for it but the WiFi connectivity has always been junk. I’ve hung in there with it because of the cost to buy it and have used CDs but I’m now trashing this speaker because Bose will never get it right. All their techs will say is I must have a problem with my network. They just say to unplug it and plug it back in. So to enjoy the great Bose sound i need to u plug it five or six times a day at least. My Daughter wanted a wireless speaker and I bought her a Sonos. She has now had it for over a year and it works flawlessly. Oh yeah and her internet connection is satellite internet 25mbs, and mine is 200mbs cable modem. Well I gave Bose plenty of chances to get this working right but I’m not spending anymore money on their products when they can’t even take responsibility for their poor quality. I’ve read lots of Bose forums and this problem is very common. You want to buy a wireless speaker stay away from this and give Sonos a spin!

Great unbelievable sound, swear you are in a concert hall! It is easy to set up using the supplied software. The SoundTouch™ Wi-Fi works great – I listen to songs that are on my computer through Windows Media Player, Pandora, and from any other internet radio stations that I find on the net (including Range Radio). The supplied CD really demonstrates the full capability of the system. Looks great, and it sounds even better. I have tried local FM and AM stations and they work okay, however, I really enjoy hearing the music that I choose through the Wi-Fi. I have recommended the Bose to my friends and recommend it to you.

Works good for a used Bose Radio. I would buy like that again. Just like new!!
