At 69 years old, I developed 2 nasty pimples on my forehead side by side. I tried everything for about 6 weeks with no results and they were so painful. I remembered ordering these pads for my grandson and used one on 7/24/26. Within 2 hours, they were shrinking! Its now 9:30am EST 7/25/26 and both pimples are flat and dried! They are still sensitive to touch, so I will use a Neutrogena Cleanse pad throughout the day. I am amazed at how well these cleanse pads work and highly recommend them.

I’d thought my face was breaking out from hormonal changes and tried many different cleansers and moisturizers. Nothing worked. I remembered the Noxema pads from my teenage years and wondered if they would still be around but came across this instead. I’m glad I purchased this. Within a few days my skin cleared up and has been clear and smooth. I have very sensitive skin and rosacea and these pads have not given me redness or dried me out.

You can actually feel your face get cleaner when you use it it works I would recommend it to a friend I've used this manufacturer for many years now and I try and use as many products from the same manufacturer as I can you know being OCD and all

I still gave this product 5 stars because it did what it was supposed to. I broke out all over my nose and mouth when I tried new products recently, and I've always had small bumps on my forehead that went away after I started using birth control. Let me explain further: I had these small bumps on my forehead that weren't pimples. My skin just wasn't smooth. That all went away when my hormones became more balanced when taking birth control pills. Somehow, recently I was producing more oil on my forehead and scalp, and I got some of these bumps back hear my hairline, where I wasn't washing properly. I also ran out of my usual cleanser that had salicylic acid. So I bought my cleanser as well as these pads, which I ran over my bumps and the breakout I had on my nose and mouth. I also had a milia at the corner of my nose. The milia and forehead bumps went away after 1 use, and the breakout has reduced significantly. I also had this really nasty red and painful pimple on my forehead that has almost completely gone away after massaging the area with the pad twice a day for less than a week. My forehead is SO smooth and clear now. This stuff works! There's a faint chemical smell that sometimes burns my nostrils and eyes so I wave the pad around in the air for a bit before using it. My skin does feel a bit sticky after but that goes away once I apply my usual skincare routine, and I could probably get away with using just half a pad for each use. tldr; this stuff really works if your body reacts positively to salicylic acid. Some issues with stickiness and scent, but I paid for the demise of my bumps and pimples, not a frou frou product.

Controls acne and keeps skin smooth

Very happy with the product..definitely brings down the size of pimples the next day! Leaves a slight sticky residue but okay. One star less for the strong alcohol content.
