After buying I found out they do make a faster/newer 10M digital camera. You may want to consider buying the scope bare and then buying the newer or a better camera for it, but this model suits my hobbyist needs quite well and I'm happy with what I got for the money.

This is a fabulous piece of equipment that I use all the time. Real clear images up to 90X. Above that up to 180X is not as clear using the included Barlow lenses. As for the camera. Its a good camera but there is an inherent problem taking 2D pictures of 3D objects so there is a big drop off from what you see in the scope in 3D (which is breathtaking) and what you get as a picture.

No instructions for assembly or use. Completely unsupported. You are on your own.

I am still looking forward to using my microscope. The lenses do not fit the ocular tubes, will not insert. I contacted the manufacturer. They sent new lense eyepieces but they are exactly the ones I already have. There is an issue with the ocular tube (thing that holds the eyepieces) size. I feel like I need to exchange it unless they figure this out. Too much money to have it just sitting around.

I love most of it. This is my second one that I can't get the camera to work on, but I got a great price off Craigslist so I'm keeping it. The trick with the ocular lenses is that you have to remove the nearly invisible set screws. You'll need a jewelers screwdriver. No need to put them back in.

I got much more than I anticipated when I purchased this microscope. It is amazing. I bought it to grade coins, but, I have been looking at a lot of things with it. Things like bugs, serial numbers, items that I can't see clearly (or not at all).

This microscope is exactly as advetised Everything works as advertised. I have had a little trouble mastering the photo software that came with it. the opitcs are fine.

No camera as promised in spec.

The delivery was on time, but I would appreciate that it comes with proper instructions or at least a link to dwonload it. The camera is not really great.

Prodotto arrivato con imballaggio perfetto molto prima del tempo dichiarato (però senza avvertire della consegna!). La cosa più sgradevole è che ho dovuto pagare le spese doganali (non indicate). Visto l'elevato costo delle spese di spedizione io ritenevo che fossero comprese in quella cifra. Il motivo delle 4 stelle è dovuto soprattutto a questo. Qualità ottica del microscopio ottima. Paragonabile al microscopio Leica che avevo in Laboratorio anni fa e di costo nettamente superiore. La fotocamera è discreta ma non riesce a riprodurre troppo fedelmente l'immagine reale. Il software di gestione della fotocamera, anche se ho letto alcune critiche negative lo ritengo buono. Permette di scattare foto con varie risoluzioni, registrare filmati e, dopo taratura, è possibile inserire un riferimento metrico o effettuare le varie misure dell'oggetto. E' presente un vetrino per la calibrazione, la precisione è buona e le misure sono ripetitive. L'illuminazione è buona.La sorgente luminosa in dotazione non è di elevata qualità ma svolge bene le sue funzioni. Purtroppo non c'è l'illuminazione inferiore (come dichiarato) e non è quindi possibile visualizzare oggetti in trasparenza. Sulla base c'è un disco ci colore bianco da un lato e nero dall'altro che permette di ottimizzare il contrasto dello sfondo a seconda del colore dell'oggetto esaminato. A parte l'elevato costo di spedizione e le elevate spese doganali (che io non ho visto indicate nel prospetto) sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto e mi sento di consigliarlo anche per usi professionali. Io lo uso per hobby soprattutto per osservare soggetti vegetali, insetti, parassiti e malattie varie e saltuariamente per effettuare microsaldature.
