Reb'L Fleur by Rihanna, 3.4 Ounce, Eau De Parfum Spray

I received a sample of this perfume when making a purchase at a local dept store. The sample was a dime-sized plastic disc encased in a slightly larger cardboard placard. Waiting until the following morning when I had not applied any perfume yet for the day, I snapped open the top of this sample and dabbed 2 tiny dots on each my wrists to see if I would like it, but most of all, to determine if the scent would cause my husband's allergies to kick in. We were both amazed at how wonderfully feminine and light this scent is, without being overpowering or triggering his allergies. Not only that, but those few dabs on my wrists lasted all day, throughout the night and into the following morning although by morning the scent was lighter. That alone amazed me that such a small amount would last so long especially when my hands are in water all day long with the family, handwashing dishes and 5 dogs - I'm always washing my hands! The scent is named Rebel Flower, but neither of us thought it smelled overly flowery. I can identify a hint of vanilla (maybe) and some musk and maybe sandlewood. Not sure, but just know we both liked it so much and a teeny bit lasted so long I bought the spray the other day. Couldn't wait for it to arrive. Gotta say I'm a bit disappointed. When I saw the size of the spray bottle I thought to myself "Self, this is going to last a very long time" but I doubt that now. I found myself reapplying this spray almost every 3-4 hours: it faded so quickly. Hubby kept hovering close by and mentioned a few times he could no longer smell the scent either even when leaning close and purposely inhaling. And as soon as I washed my hands/wrists after an application, the scent was gone. I don't know if perhaps the tiny samples are a stronger formula to get us hooked, but the sample and the spray bottle certainly do not equate to each other. I'll continue using it but once it is gone, I'm pretty sure I'll stick with my 'usual' scent. I'd rather pay top dollar for a scent that lasts all day than pay this high price for a scent that isn't any longer-lasting than a room freshening spray. Edit: Aug 2011 It has been a few months and I'm getting to the bottom of the spray bottle. I have to say I love the bottle design; reminds me a genie bottle. However, once the perfume is about 3/4 gone, spraying or spritzing this becomes a bit of a challenge. The top of the spray bottle is slender and sleek while the bottom acts like a paper weight. It is hard to hold and even harder to hold one handed and spray as when it was new. I find myself holding it with two hands to apply it and then it is pretty difficult to get it where you want it. If I set it on the counter and try spraying with one hand, the bottle walks along the counter, my finger slips off the spray nozzle, and the bottle tips over. Just to be able to use it to the last drop, my hubby now holds the bottle for me tightly in two hands and I reach over and spray myself. Just doesn't seem worth all this work. I won't buy this again. Too many other new scents out there to try rather than go through this each time.

This rebl fleur perfume is perfect! It came sealed in plastic in the original box and smells so good. I was worried becaise it wasnt prime eligible and was twice the price as before, but for a perfume thats discontinued, its perfect. Now to make it last.... hahaha.

Have loved her since her “disturbia” days. I have an admiration and such respect for Rihanna. Her perfume is something I’ve always purchased. All of them but this was my first time getting it from amazon. They charge $19 at any other places like ROSS for half the size of this bottle. Like I’m in shock. Same exact price, brand and bottle but the one from ross is super Tiny bottles. Rip offs! Lol I opened this bottle and was so happy at how the bottle size, wow, it’s huge! now that I know other places are rip offs of course with their bottles lol you’re actually getting what you’re paying for with ordering through amazon. other than that Rihanna you do an amazing job per usual. Love is an understatement for how much I love her perfumes. Word of advice don’t even hesitate. You will not be disappointed. Period. I am going to buy all of her perfume from her actual websites or amazon now seeing that amazon doesn’t disappoint. About to email Rihanna and tell them how they are ripping people off at other outlets for the same price! Lol that’s not cool. I don’t expect much from places called “Ross dress for less” I enjoy the perfumes, and cute little shorts, tops, etc. that’s why I go there but to now see how they cheat people off with bottles that is the same size of my thumb for $20-22 now that’s a problem dead ass lol

So I know my girl Robyn has released a lot of successful and BOMB products within the last 3 years (Fenty beauty, FENTY, lingerie, and skincare). I was skeptical about her pre-entrepreneur products she’s released but this... THIS IS FANTASTIC. I bought this after having purchased the accompanying body spray that everyone kept asking me about after I started using it. I personally wear a lot of designer perfumes with my favorite being the YSL Black Opium and Mugler Alien so I wasn’t too sure how it was going to work out. My mother (who’s very picky about designer fragrances as well) clowned on me for buying this inexpensive perfume. HOWEVER, after I wore it one day, she caught my scent and interrogated me about what perfume I was wearing (still does months later). I have gotten a lot of compliments and questions about what I wear as my everyday scent as it seems to last long and has a very YSL+Mugler’s had a baby type of scent. I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t want to be running through their expensive bottles of perfume as an everyday scent (my girl Chanel is not cheap). As well as anyone who’s just tired of busting out their VS body sprays and perfumes!!

This is a very sexy fragrance, definitely more of a night time perfume and I'd recommend it for fall or winter, it's not really a summer scent. In my opinion, it is definitely very similar to black opium by ysl like a lot of people say. This is a very strong fragrance and will last a very long time.. I could still faintly smell it even after I washed it off. It's very warm and rich to me but i feel like it's definitely a strong scent and it's one of those ones that made me nauseous because it was so rich. I couldn't wear it all day. I gave only 3 stars for being giftable because this isn't something that everyone will like in my opinion. The longevity is definitely 5 stars it's very long lasting.

What I like about the perfume is that it smells good, and the scent last 6 hours on my arm. I was keeping track of how long the scent would last. What I dislike about the perfume is that the top part was brokeing of where the spray come out at, I have to keep putting it back on in order for it to spray, but before you buy it, it do states it’s a tester, so what you expect. A tester mean it’s been used. When my tester runs out, I’m planning on buying a new one, that’s not a tester next time.

Definitely worth the buy . A highly expensive smell , with an inexpensive price . Smell is so soft with a beautiful lasting aroma . The aroma will give u a sensual feel , the ingredients in this blend is so soft , spring winter or fall . It fits all the seasons . I would definitely buy .

i bought this for my mom for Christmas 2 years ago and it lasted her a whole year. It smells floral with a hint of “wealthy” and i love that. the bottle itself is shaped beautifully and does not take up much space, yet holds so much!
