will this cover the clavicle?

Not really. The device is designed for pain relief in the shoulder joint areas of the rotator cuff, labrum and bursa.

Replacement ice pack?

Not sure what your question is. The shoulder strap comes with an ice pack, but I bought a second ice pack. It takes 2 hours to freeze one for use. If I want to ice more often, then I have one ready to go. This works well for icing my rotator cuff. I really like this arctic flex strap.

Will this fit a 350 lb man?

My guess is that it might not without some modifications. I am not big (170 lbs, & 5' 10") and the arm is almost snug. There is some adjustability in the Velcro-attached straps, but not a lot. You could lengthen the straps by adding Velcro-equipped extensions (I am thinking of the elastic Velcro straps I use on my pant legs when riding bikes) to the straps.

Don’t know…but it was too much for my shoulder. Returned it. Was sorry. Frozen peas were not enough.
