This was the perfect floppy hat for my beach trip. I was wanting something large to project my face from the sun, but not overly flashy and this met those needs well; the bow is just enough to give it a feminine touch and is subtle. The color is a natural khaki and went well with everything; not yellow or dark brown as I was nervous about. It has a white elastic chin strap for windy days that I ended up cutting out because it wouldn't stay tucked away when I didn't need it. Folded down well and didn't take up much room in the suitcase, then popped back out to shape nicely. I have to say I was skeptical after reading the reviews, but I would definitely recommend hat. Side note: this hat is the brown one on the left in the pics; my mom (right) is also wearing a floppy beach hat (much nicer and more expensive than this one) and she kept trying to steal mine!

I bought this hat for a week at a lakehouse. I figured it would help protect my face against sunburn, and also look stylish. When I thought in terms of needing a "floppy hat for the lake", I never imagined it would be this perfect. It is a great neutral color, it is the perfect light weight material, and the most ideal design with the most flattering shape. It comes with a little adjustable strap that affixes inside the the bottom of the hat, in order to secure the hat under your chin for windy conditions. My head (21 inches) is a little on the small side (as far as heads go), so if you are one of those big headed folks - straight up - this hat won't fit you.

Wide brim, 19 inches end to end, is perfect for shading your face, neck and half of your shoulder from the sun. I have a regular head size with thin hair. it is really fit in my head. It delivered as the folded as you can see the pictures, so the creases in it do not come out. My hat's brim is floppy with creases, does not look like the model on the pictures. the brim looks like waves, I like this way too. The color is nice and it is breathable. it would be good at the beach. my friends asked me where I bought this hat, I got lots of compliment when I wear them.

I love this hat, It kept the sun off my face all day, and its super cute, and light weight. The hat comes with an easy to attach strap to keep the hat from flying away, it is also size adjustable. I got the tan with black bow, and plan to purchase a black hat too.

Well made and foldable but I have problems getting it on my head whenever I have braids or a wig on. I wish it was slightly bigger. If you have a small head, it may work with braids/wig

Very nice hat. Comfy. Has a pretty wavy brim to cover plenary of sun. I got the ivory white one and it was a little more yellow than expected. Can’t return it because I need it in a couple of days and won’t have time to order another one that would get here in time. Will make due.

Love this hat! I ordered the tan with the braided cord detail and it arrived today. It truly does fold up into a size I can throw in my backpack in 5 secs and bounces back immediately. Full coverage as promised so I hopefully won’t burn the back of my neck. Andddd it’s very cute!

Perfect for travel! Folds great for your luggage. I folded my bag and hung it on my beach backpack using a beach clip. Got lots of compliments! A must for a beach/pool vacation. Covered my neck, and shoulders in full when the sun was shining. Perfect amount of shade.

This hat is amazing. I bought it last minute for a trip to the Maldives and had it delivered to my hotel in Dubai. I was skeptical because it was so cheap, but it looks exactly like the picture and even has a little elastic strap you can wear around your head for when it's windy. It saved me several times from losing my hat on the beach! I wore this hat all day, went snorkeling, on the boat, walked around the island... and no sunburn! I was also worried it wouldn't fit because I have a big head, but it fits well (maybe a little snug but there's some give in it because it's basically made if straw). Folds up into a small bundle and regains its shape as soon as you unfold it. If you're looking for a beach hat to keep away the sun... Look no further than this one!
