Does this windsheild come with the vent installed?

The vent is included with the windshield but I don't know if it is installed. I can find out for you Monday. - Len - 661-245-2000

Is the windshield short enough to see over?

I guess that all depends on your height, I’m 5’11and I sit in a normal riding position I can see over the windshield . If I don’t want to get splattered by bugs in the face I need to slouch down a tad and I’m behind the windshield. Also I guess it also would depend on how you have your bars set up as well. What I can tell you is this is a good aftermarket windshield and I’m very happy with it.

My old windshield vent is missing hardware, which replacement vent will work, the one from ShowChrome?

That is what I used on my windshield. Keep in mind that the vent is 3-4" higher than stock because of the v-stream shape
