Nutri-West - Total VR-X - Formerly Total Virx - 120

One of my favorite supplements. I keep this on hand all year round to support my immune system. I take it when I feel a cold coming on and when I feel a fever blister coming. Highly recommend this one.

I started taking these supplements to self treat from Epstein Barr Virus and took the advice of several reviewers to up the dose during times of sickness or exposure to illness. Unfortunately, I overdid it and began taking 4-6 pills 3+ times per day. Doing this for over a month and a half caused me to develop acute Vitamin A toxicity which has caused me to develop blurred vision. If I had kept taking that amount for a longer amount of time, there is a chance I could have lost my vision completely or developed liver damage or fluid in the spine and head. My vision grew so blurry I had to check into the ER to receive fluids and make sure I had not crossed over to the chronic levels of toxicity. Vitamin A toxicity is incredibly dangerous but rarely talked about in the homeopathic community. Please exercise caution when using these supplements because just one pill contains over 5,000 individual units of Vitamin A. Talk to a doctor before taking.

This was recommended to me by a medical professional and I've found it to be very helpful. Especially since I work in education. I haven't gotten what everyone else has gotten, every time some new bug goes around. Very happy with it.

This product is to help the body fight against viral infections, which everyone needs help with. They do seem to be helping me. I can tell because I did forget a couple of doses three days in a row and could tell a difference in the way I felt. It would be helpful if they weren't quite so porous on the outside; that makes it a bit difficult to swallow them, but it does seem to be worth the effort. They'd also likely be more expensive and contain some less healthy ingredients if they were coated.

I love this product...it really helps me feel better as I deal with coughing from lung issues. I can tell a HUGE difference when I don’t take it. I do have to use more than recommended on the bottle. I take 3 pills every 3 hours or every hour if I’m battling a symptom. For example, I felt a cold sore starting to come, so I took 4 every hour and by the next morning..all the symptoms were gone and the cold sore never came. I love this and grateful my wellness Dr. introduced me to this wonderful, natural product. Get it..you won’t be sorry. I have been using this seller for almost a year and always got my product on time and good shape.

My family was introduced to the Nutriwest products by our Chiropractor and our Naturopath agrees that they are excellent products. We keep the VR-X & Multimune on hand at all times. Also have used the Total Female for years and several other products as needed. I begin taking at first signs of a cold or flu and I rarely become full blown sick. Note that the pills may be hard to swallow because they are not coated. Options are to chew, crush and mix with something like yogurt or to crush and transfer to a capsule for easier swallowing. I have used all of these methods for my children as they were growing up. Great product!

This is a fabulous product. It killed our cold virus. We heard about it from our daughter's doctor so we ordered it after having the flu for three weeks. It got right to it and we got better. You need to take it for two or three weeks to get the virus completely gone. Even when you feel better, keep taking it or it will return. We took three per day. Our grandson had been sick off and on for months and on several rounds of antibiotics. His doctor put him on it and he was right up going to school the next day. He took 4 or 5 a day for two weeks and then cut back to 2 a day for a week. He got better finally!

Whenever I feel a cold or other virus coming on, I start taking Vir-x right away. I take a couple of tablets a few times per day, depending on what I feel like I need. It almost always nips my illness in the bud and I do not get sick. If I wait too long to start taking Vir-x and I end up getting sick, Vir-x will still help shorten duration and decrease severity of my illness. I follow a careful diet when I feel illness coming on and when I am sick; I think this is an important part of any healing protocol and should go hand in hand with using a product like Vir-x. I even give it to my kids, smashed up into a smoothie. I highly recommend this product!
