It is just good high quality valve oil. It works and is a good product. There are local-ish music stores but they are enough of a drive that when it was learned they needed more it was just easier to come to Amazon and get the same great quality valve oil delivered to my home at a bit of a discount. A nice big bottle of it that still fits very easily into the trumpet case.

Band Director Approved
I am a high school band director and a brass player. Al Cass is all I use on my personal instruments. Just a few drops in each valve or on each side of your trombone slide is all it takes. Each bottle will last you a very long time as long as you don't over-lubricate and you don't let your lame friends "borrow" it.

Oil arrived on time and worked great! I refurbished an old trumpet and this oil worked great in the valves.

Best oil in the world
Best valve oil in the world. I used this oil for my trumpet when I was in school and when my son said he wanted to play trumpet, I ordered this oil right away. I would use nothing else, ever. This oil does not gum up like many other oils do and it lasts longer than many others. With a good trumpet, you could go weeks without ever have to put more oil in.

The Only valve oil I use.
I had problems with one of my valves 40 years ago and I tried different oils but Al Cass seemed to be the only one that would work for me so I have stuck with it.
