Works great and looks like real glass
Really happy with this pitcher. The infuser is easy to use and effective. The size is great, holding plenty of water without taking up a ton of fridge real estate. It also looks like a high end glass pitcher - the acrylic is very clear - while being lightweight

Fruity goodness - NO PRESERVATIVES!!!
I was somewhat hesitant at first when purchasing this pitcher because it looks so easy, and I know that fruit can be somewhat difficult to "flavor" things, but my husband is on a hydration kick - and was really wanting something interesting that would make drinking water "fun". Also, there are so many positive reviews on here, I felt it was worth trying. And the results? We LOVE IT!!! We've tried strawberries, lime, blackberries, peach, raspberries, and combinations of these to make fabulous drinks. Some fruits take longer than others. Strawberries start within an hour of being placed in, but other fruits such as peaches may take up to a couple of days. Sometimes, my husband adds a little sugar to the water in the pitcher first before adding the fruit to make an "ade" style drink. Our favorite is adding a smidgen of sugar, squeezing a lime into the water, and then filling the infusion column with cut strawberries and the squeezed lime portions. It makes an amazing "Strawberry Limeade" that gives Minute Maid a run for its money. Plus, we love KNOWING what the ingredients are, rather than wondering what this word or that word means. It really has made me question the quality of the highly-sugared fruit "juices" being sold in grocery stores. How good for you can those be? And for about $2 worth of strawberries, or other fruit, water, and sugar if you wish, you can make very near the same thing with fresher, better quality ingredients in this pitcher!! The fruit stays fresh in the pitcher for up to 7 days, so when you drink it, you can simply refill it again. And what else is awesome about this pitcher? The infusion column screws in and out of the pitcher top so you could use the pitcher without the infusion part at all. Also, it doesn't have to be water. It could be juice for a fruit flavored concoction, or tea for an added character to your tea. This little pitcher has so many options, is EXTREMELY sturdy, and is such a great price...it would be hard not to be pleased! We are already thinking of getting a second one so that one can be "infusing" while we enjoy the other. Hope this helps!

I have never been a water drinker, but the rest of my family drinks all types of flavored water. I thought this would be a fun and unique way to get them the water they like while saving a little money. This pitcher is amazing. It is made of a very strong plastic, it feels extremely sturdy. There are only three pieces, so it isn't confusing at all. It holds about half a gallon of water. In addition, there is a strainer opening. The "closed" side, however, still has an opening, it will not close it entirely. I bought raspberries for my first experiment. Less than one small bag of frozen berries fit in the infuser cylinder that screws into the lid. Within an hour, the water had turned a deep red. I tried the water, and it tasted faintly of raspberries. I am not a water fan, so I wasn't really impressed. After letting the fruit soak in the water for the night, I tried it again. Can definitely taste the difference. It is still a little weaker than I personally would like, but I would take it over plain water in a heartbeat. I plan to put fresh berries in today and see what happens by tomorrow. I would recommend this to those that are tired of spending money on fancy water. Spend the money on this instead and have some fun with it. In addition, I was able to get some great ideas from a book I got on here as well. Ahhhhh yeahhhhh
This thing is great!! I am a diabetic and refuse to drink processed drinks because of all the extra sugar. This is a great alternative. I make a sugar-free lemonade and add fruit into the column. It is so refreshing. And I control what goes in there. Low sugar/ No sugar an natural flavors.

Wonderful way to add more water to your diet!
I first saw this pitcher when I was looking for the same thing but with an ice core instead of the infusion core (which just happens to be made by the same company). I thought it was a great concept; and since I'm always looking for ways to add more water to my diet (without having to drink plain old ordinary water), I decided to give it a try. I was immediately hooked! Here are a couple of things that I've observed: Distilled water works best. Depending upon what type of fruit you use in the core, it can take up to two days (or more) to get a really good infusion. Citrus fruits tend to take longer to infuse than berries. It's a good idea to add water to it each time you pour yourself a glass. Two reasons: first, the newly added water will mix with the already-infused water and will take less time to become flavored. If you wait until the pitcher's mostly empty, it'll take a while to get a good infusion. Second, a smaller amount of "new" water will take less time to chill than if you were to add a whole bunch of new water. And here's a hint: If you make your own lemonade (from scratch), try using orange-infused water to your lemon juice instead of plain, unflavored water. It adds a wonderful touch of "something" that you can't put your finger on (you KNOW there's something else in the lemonade, but you just can't figure out WHAT). And, lastly, a suggestion: don't wait for berries to come into season! Just use frozen ones (strawberries, raspberries, mixed berries, etc.) Because they've been frozen, they tend to infuse better than fresh ones. I recently used half a package of frozen raspberries. As they thawed they immediately began to turn the water red and by the time they were completely thawed, I had a lovely shade of red raspberry water. Being a "sweetaholic", I add a packet of stevia (AKA Truvia, but I prefer the Whole Foods brand of stevia) to my raspberry water and it tastes like a healthier version of raspberry Kool-Aid!

Nice design and very sturdy
What first impressed me about this diffuser jug was my friend dropping a full one onto her kitchen floor. No cracks, no scratches, much water all over but the diffuser was intact. Quite impressive. I ordered one feeling I was secure in using it without the handle cracking etc as some cheaper jugs tend to do, It has a lovely contemporary design as well.

Esta práctico
Esta padre, no guarda olores si esta de buen tamaño, es plástico delgado pero resistente. Si no lo lavas con una buena esponja , se raya. Puedes usarlo con y sin el tubo para infusión.
