Gentle and easy to take, great for winding down
I don’t like taking pills, so I really appreciate that this melatonin is tiny and easy to take. It dissolves quickly, and the taste is not bad at all. I take it before bedtime to help me wind down, and it seems to be working well so far. A nice gentle sleep support option.

I have a hard time staying asleep. I took this product the first day and slept very well. I would recommend this highly. Dissolves Faunder the tongue and works sooner than capsules or pills.

I've bought this melatonin repeatedly for years. It works gently and naturally to help me drift off to sleep and wake rested and ready for the day. I always get the smallest dose 1 mg

Sleep aid
Low dose melatonin, seems to help you get to sleep but does not do much to keep you sleeping at night. Less drowsiness the next day than the 10mg but only lasts a couple of hours.

No extra fillers
I have used this Melatonin for some time now. It's very easy to use; dissolves completely and quickly in the mouth. I like that there is less filler material. I also like that it is easy to choose a dosage since each tablet is a small amount. I use just one most nights, but sometimes want more.

My favorite Melatonin supplement
I have used this for a few months and really like it. I had previously used a spray that for some reason had added B6 (>2000% RDA) and I developed toxic levels of Vitamin B6 so had to switch. I love that this doesn't have any added garbage including no added flavors, artificial sweeteners or artificial dyes. The taste is fine. It's not candy and isn't supposed to taste like candy. It is just a bland taste that I hardly notice. Dissolves quickly and easily. Love it.

Love that it is only 1mg
Works so well! I cut this in 1/2 or 1/4 and give to my kids on nights they can’t sleep. I love how low of a dose it is, that it is chewable, and it’s not a sugary sweet thing right before bed. It has a very mild taste.
