Thin but substantial, good with goat cheese
I love these oat cakes. I've tried several flavors. They're thin but substantial, although they do crumble easily. I enjoy them spread with goat cheese and sometimes cucumber slices. Definitely worth trying. Unfortunately they can be quite expensive.

Love Lundberg rice cakes of all flavors. Can’t find these stackers at my local grocery so glad to get these thru Amazon. This flavor is great with cheese, avocado, tomato, or hummus.
