how long is the tube with extension from the face of the hopper to the output end?

GD, it measures 3 and 9/16ths inches from hopper to output end. It sure works well for my setup. Hope this helps.

I haven't used that particular powder before, but IMR 3031, Trailboss, Varget, Retumbo, H1000 do not leak.
