Metal cased, robust, back lit and easy to program
We fitted this to a Topens gate opener, about 15m from the gate, and it works perfectly every time. The backlighting is not great, it can be difficult to see the numbers as the lights are more around the edges of the buttons, but the interior light of the car is enough to see it in the dark. The one complaint would be the requirement to press PIN, and then the 6 digit PIN number, and then OK, which can be a bit of an epic to explain to a foreign delivery driver... We've had it installed a few months now, and no sign of the batteries dying or any other issues, so fingers crossed it survives the winter weather... UPDATE: Well, it didn't survive, it allowed water in and destroyed the internals. Topens were however excellent and sent a replacement within a couple of days, this time I've bought a plastic rain cover too try and keep the British weather out!

Easy to setup and very helpful customer support
Very easy to install and connect. When I did have a problem 6 months after installation the team at Topens were very helpful and and quickly got me sorted.

Really good quality product, easy install
Purchased in addition to the single arm opener and so far very impressed. The body of the lock is metal which surprised me and so far no issues at all using it. Can change the PIN once paired and is straight forward to use, being wireless was a bonus as no extra wires to route to the control box. Would recommend.

Good customer support
This unit failed in use after 9 months when one of the buttons stopped working. However Heidi at Topen's Customer support arranged a replacement within 2 days without any drama and was really helpful. Topen's customer service has been very good when I have had questions or needed help.
