1. Can I use 605PRO on plastic, drywall or rubber?

No. The TDS specifically says do not use on PVC, drywall, limestone, plastic, veneer, terrazzo tile or rubber. Always test a small inconspicuous area before beginning the complete project.

2. How thick should I apply 605PRO?

Apply a thick layer by pouring, brushing, squeegee or commercial airless sprayer. Applying it too thin can cause the remover to dry before coating removal is complete.

3. How much area will one gallon cover?

Average horizontal coverage is 125 sq. ft. per gallon, with a maximum of 200 sq. ft. per gallon. Average vertical coverage is 75 sq. ft. per gallon. Coverage varies based on the coating, number of layers and application method.

4. What should I do with tough coatings or many layers?

For tough coatings or numerous layers, the TDS recommends a notched 1/2-inch squeegee or 1/4-inch gauge rake. Using the thicker application will greatly reduce square-foot coverage.

5. Can I use 605PRO outdoors?

Yes. When working outdoors, cover the treated area with 2 mil or thicker plastic to help keep 605PRO wet and working. Protect plants and vegetation with a plastic drop cloth.
