Build Your Own Gaming PC: The step-by-step manual to building the ultimate computer

Purchased for a young budding bill gates. My teenage grandson is determined to build his own high end gaming machine. This book is a great entry into building a pc. Like their car manuals a very easy to follow comprehensive book explaining everything a pc builder would need. To add to this review he completed his gaming computer it's a really high end machine .it has water cooling a 600 pound graphics card everything lights up including the memory cards. It has a huge memory etc etc it cost him and me a total of 1500 to build but an equivalent purchased machine would be about 3000. So it works if a fifteen year old with just this book and the parts can build such a cracking ma hine any one can .

Very useful and informative. Pictures are also helpful.

Using this book I was able to build a PC from scratch with minimal previous knowledge and experience. Can't complain, tells you what you need to know in simple terms and doesn't overexplain when not needed

His was a present for our Grandson and he is loving it

Over the years Ive used so many haynes manuals I cant count them and right now I have 3 on my bookshelf but they're for cars and motorbikes... this build a pc haynes manual is actually just as good if not better than the car/bike manuals... and the pages are super glossy and thick which is nice, even if most of the information can be found online it still doesnt beat having it in book form!

This is such a great beginning guide to pc building

This is a good book but too basic

I bought the book as a present for my teen son. He loves it and find it useful as he is interested in building PCs.

Pensé que sería más profunda la información. Es demasiado simple. Aprendes más viendo tutoriales por YouTube y sin gastar. No es objetivo. Recomiendan procesadores Intel sin mencionar razones de peso. No lo recomiendo.

nothing i did not like about the book it is so far a very good read, very informative if you want to build your own pc weather its on a tight budget or a very high end pc well written
