Genuinely a great product
*UPDATE* We've had this for almost a year and it's still going strong! Almost no sign of wear, despite daily use. It's one of our most used kitchen products, we put significant weight on it with daily water filtering and it's constantly wet because it never gets removed from our sink. It's easy to clean and still looks and functions great. Highly recommend! ------ Original review: We've had this rack for about a week or so and it fits our needs perfectly. It seems like good quality and is actually really versatile. We use it to put a pitcher on that we have a countertop reverse osmosis water filter slowly fill with water. Before we would often forget about it and water would go EVERYWHERE on the counter, down the floor, it was awful. Putting it in the sink wasn't always an option. Enter this little rack. It's strong enough to hold our pitcher of water, rolls up so I can access our whole sink, and I'm also using it for it's intended purpose- a drying rack! So now I have even more drying space. Once in place it doesn't slide super easily, it will, but is surprisingly steady and just does it's job. I got the smallest size considering the frequency I'd use it, and it allows me to access the other 2/3 of the sink if needed while items are drying. I can fit two good size pots on the small one, but I imagine you could easily put about 8 coffee cups on it, for reference.

Obsessed with this Dish Drying Rack!!!!!
I wish I had purchased this rack years ago!!!! We live in Hawaii, and have always had bulky drying racks that end up getting moldy no matter how often we clean it due to the tropical climate. Kitchens in Hawaii are also usually quite small, so it was always frustrating having valuable counter space taken up by a dish rack. This rack has solved all of those problems, as well as problems I didn't know I had! Pros: 1. It is so visually appealing. I think it looks wonderful with my marble countertops. It's no longer a big eyesore in my kitchen, and I have so much more counter space. 2. It is a rubbery texture, which holds the dishes in place so they don't slide around. 3. You can also use it to rinse and drain vegetables. I use it all the time to rinse vegetables and now I don't have to clean a strainer each time. 4. It can be cleaned in the dishwasher. 5. It rolls up easily and can fit under the counter when not in use. 6. If you only want it to cover part of the sink, or to use a small portion of the rack, you can roll up the other end, and it will stay rolled with dishes on it. 7. It's really sturdy, you can have really heavy pots and pans on it, but it won't bend at all. Cons: 1. I honestly cannot think of any. Who would have thought I could be so excited about a dish rack?! I guess I am officially middle aged :)

Perfect for my small kitchen. Excellent quality.
Love this dish drain. I do not write a lot of reviews, but Im so happy with this item. It works perfectly, very low profile, very sturdy, and doesn't use up space in my small kitchen.

Worth every penny!
I never post reviews but am making an exception now because - well, this product is exceptional. It is, and does, everything the manufacturer claims. Its high quality and elegant design take utility to a new level. I bought the small size in warm gray. It looks unobtrusively great, fits perfectly over my kitchen sink, and holds more items than I thought it would. It rates 5 stars for versatility since I can use it to dry dishes, increase counter space when cooking, drain washed fruit and veggies., or just set things on. I can tuck the ends of my kitchen gloves between the rods so that they hang down to dry out of sight and out of the way. Also, vanity counter space here is very limited, making hair styling a bit of a challenge. Where to set brushes or the blow dryer where it wouldn't fall or get wet? My workarounds were so-so. Then I tried the mat - perfect! This is a hard water area; spots form on everything that's not hand dried, including the mat. But you'd never know it. So far, a damp sponge is all it takes to wipe away spots of any kind, including strawberry juice. Sturdiness: While I haven't tested it with a Dutch oven yet, it easily holds several large cans of tomatoes, plus a full Brita pitcher, and that thing is heavy as lead. In short, this mat delivers and is simply a joy to use. It's one of those things I will always want to have and have already recommended to others.

Works for farmhouse sink but slopes downward
Great product and it fit my farmhouse sink but worth noting that it slopes downward. I haven't had issues of anything falling off and the individual rails are coated with a silicone material and are very nonslip. I haven't put heavy items like a dutch oven on it yet.

Strong & Spacey
We have had our Surpahs Over the Sink a few weeks and it serves the purpose. Look it will hold a frozen one gallon of milk for hours with no issues and this is the large rack. Spoons do not fall thru. Cups and glasses do not fall off, unless maybe if you were to stack your dishes all the way to your ceiling. But who does that! (We freeze our milk. We live in Texas, on a farm, way out in the country, far from Walmart, so we may buy 4 gallons a week and thaw a gallon as needed.) I am a retired hard working man and my wife works. I try and most of the time do cook, clean house, yard work, wash clothes, everything and I wanted a dish rack for a time saver, and she thought they took up too much room, theyโre ugly, and get nasty. Well when I found the Surpahs Over the Sink, it settled our differences. She loves it at first sight, and the whole house loves it, and so do I. When mama is happy everyone is happy. The best part is it cleans up real nice, rolls up real nice, and you can put it away, in a real nice out of the way place, in the lower part of your cabinet, under your sink. Yeah problem solve. Buy it. Donโt hesitate get it today. Thank you Amazon and whoever designed the Surpahs Over the Sink life saver. It makes clean up smarter, faster, and easier. Great product, weird color
I just received my roll up rack. The product is as described and very solid. Good quality. I'm just not 100% sure it is going to replace my default method of hand washing. When I wash items too big for my dishwasher, I just put a dishtowel down on the counter and let them dry. This roll up rack seemed like a nice alternative to a clunky traditional drying rack. I like that I can quickly stash it under my sink. However, I like to keep things simple. In truth, will I probably continue to use my towel method? Yep. But I do like this rack and will make an effort to use it. I like that it doubles as a trivet, THAT I will definitely use, especially for large casserole dishes. My first concern logistically was that I have a farmhouse sink. The way the counter top goes around it there is a height difference between the front and back. Some sinks have an interior lip made for racks, but mine does not (Kohler Whitehaven.) So as you can see in the second picture, the rack sits at an angle. Not a big deal, but might be to some people. I like that you can customize the size by rolling it up. This frees up more sink space. My main "con" is that because I have a single basin sink, when I'm washing a big item like a crock pot, I need all of the sink space. So at some point I will have to put a towel down on the counter, set the wet item down, and then put this rack on...the very definition of inefficient. If you have a double bowl this won't be an issue as you can leave the rack there while you work. So for me, at that point I'm wondering why I'm doing this extra step and not just leaving the crock pot on the towel... but as I say, it will make a great trivet! :) You can also use it when washing produce, and that might actually be useful because I don't need a lot of elbow room to do that, or for washing out a single cup or other small items. The biggest Con for me is the color. Blech! It said "warm gray" and I beg to differ. That is 1990's pinky taupe if I ever saw it (and believe me, I did.) It reminds me of chewed up Juicy Fruit gum or putty. :( NOT a fan. My kitchen has cooler grays, blues and greens and this does NOT go with it. With that being said, it's not like I'm going to leave it out all the time, so it is not a real issue, but if you care about form over function, get the stainless. (I got this because the silicon won't scratch things and they don't slip off, and it won't rust over time.) So all in all, this was a good quality item that does what it says it will do, but the color is gross.

Even Better Than Expected!
I've had this drying rack for a couple of weeks now, I'd say, and I love it even more than I thought I would. The quality is fantastic; the rack feels very well constructed and the rubber coating/trimming (if that's what it is, I can't recall) feels very sturdy. I haven't experienced any of the rods loosing their shape when I spread them to wipe them down. The rods have quite a bit of give and bounce right back into shape once you let them go โ I held it up horizontally by one of the end rods for a few seconds while I had to clean it. In my kitchen lighting I don't see any water spots on the rack after I've let my dishes drip-dry. You will, however, notice any food or other particles that have made their way onto the rack โ it shows things in every colour, it doesn't hide any dirt. Although it is good in a sense that you can quickly spot clean if you don't have time or don't feel like wiping down the whole thing. I have a single sink that I think is fairly wide and this rack reaches across it beautifully. When I need the sink and can't leave this on top, I simply place a kitchen/hand towel on the countertop and place the rack on top. It works like a charm, and things don't have far to fall when a 'majestic beast' decides to knock them over (lol). The rack holds a fair, if not impressive, amount of various kitchenware. Our drinking glasses and coffee/tea mugs are average sized, I'd say, and it holds about 6 drinking classes (almost the size of beer glasses in circumference, if not the size), three average sized coffee/tea mugs (the monogrammed mugs from Chapters/Indigo with the coloured inside), as well as two or three of the medium-size, flatter Rubbermaid Containers, and it holds the lids as well. That's about as full as I've made it so far. There was still more room to fit cutlery if needed, probably a good amount too. I would definitely recommend it. I thought it was expensive too, but now that I have it I understand why it's that price. It's worth every penny, in my opinion.
