Gelstat Migraine 24 Count

I've been using a prescription drug @ $60 per dose (after insurance) up to 4 doses per day. I take the prescription drug at the onset of a migraine and then 20 minutes later if the migraine doesn't stop. Gel Stat says take at the onset of a migraine and a second dose 20 minutes later and it did stop the migraine cold. It stayed gone for 16 hours and then I dosed again. Currently it works it's far better than sticking $120 under your tong every couple of days. I've ordered another small box to keep testing it. No need for it over a two day period and that's a record for me. Be careful it is a natural vascular constrictor so it has the same effect on your heart. If you have heart disease or stints my personal opinion don't do any vigorous physical activity for many hours after taking it. Many chronic migraine sufferers already know that meds only work for so long and then your body adjusts and what worked, doesn't anymore. There is no telling how long this product will work however, I will keep using it until it looses its effectiveness.

GelStat seems not to work for 100% of headaches, but maybe it has cured 2/3 of my 10yo daughter's migraines. I suspect whether it works on any particular migraine depends on how soon it is taken in the migraine process and perhaps on the number of factors supporting the development of the migraine (e.g., if it's bad weather for a headache plus she has gone to bed really late and eaten a lot of sweets the day before, there's no stopping that migraine). Not taking ibuprofen (her neurologist's only recommendation) for 2/3 of the migraines she would have taken ibuprofen for is really a great advantage in my book; I really think ingesting some ginger and feverfew instead is great. Also much of the time it cures the headache right away (I think research data shows that for people using GelStat something like 75% of them get relief in the first half hour or even shorter, and the remainder who get relief feel it within a couple hours). If you have migraines, you really owe it to your kidneys and liver to try GelStat to see if it works for you.

I ordered this product with hopes that something finally would help with my husbands migraines. I had heard good things and reviews were good but I don't think the people writing those actually had migraines-just regular headaches because this did nothing for my husband and he has had these horrible migrianes for years. Very disappointing and now stuck with the rest of product. Waste of money.

This WORKS! I've just bought my second batch of this stuff. It's stopped my last two migraines dead in their tracks. I was getting horrible migraines the last few months--intense, mind numbing pain that made it near impossible to talk, move or listen to anything. Accompanied by intense nausea so that I couldn't eat or drink anything (not even water) and I couldn't smell anything either or I would vomit. And the vomiting is projectile and violent and won't stop once you start. And all of this went on for 12-14 hrs at a time! In desperation I went looking for a remedy (ibuprofen just causes a rebound migraine and makes the whole experience last several hours longer). I try to live as naturally as possible due to multiple problems caused by too many prescription meds in my past. I am SO happy I found this stuff! It doesn't completely make the migraine disappear, but it cuts it drastically to make the headache no more than a nuisance, no nausea and it's gone completely much quicker. This is only if you take it at the start of the migraine. If you take this in the middle of a full blown migraine, it will still help some and lessen the duration (I went away recently for an overnight trip and didn't bring this and by the time I got home my migraine was cresting, but I took this and stopped the nausea, reduced the pain a little and within 2-3 hours it was totally gone.

Doesn't cure migranes, but helps you cope. I get the kind with auras. Luckily with changes in diet and who know what else, they've become very infrequent and mild. Been using for years and wish I would have had this when I was a kid when the hurt was really bad. Am 64 now. If you follow the directions, it will quell the nausea fairly quickly and reduce the pain after the aura clears. Always carry with me. Have had occasion to give to others who are sufferers with good results. Highly recommend.

This product is amazing. I used to purchase it at a local drugstore but they stopped carrying it. Thank God for Amazon!!! I’ve been dealing with migraines for years. I was prescribed oral tablets by my physician but I had a stroke because of them and another med I was on. I can no longer take any kind of any prescribed migraine medication because of the stroke. I found these and started to use them and they work so great!! So glad I’m able to get them once again. GelStat not only makes the migraine go away but all of the symptoms too. You must follow the directions and if one doesn’t work then you take another. As I said follow the directions. Love that it’s an all natural product!

I bought the product for my wife who gets migraines. It had no effect on the length or severity of her migraines. Also, you have to take two pills, so the box has only half the dosages. Will not buy again.

It helped sometimes, especially the first time I used it. There seemed to be a diminishing benefit to using it repeatedly. At the price of these, I haven't found it worthwhile to keep ordering and using them. "Preventa Migraine", the "Migraine Prevention Formula", and individual combinations of the primary ingredients have proven to be much more useful to me. Why treat a migraine if you can prevent it? Plus, it is possible to use these ingredients for acute treatment of break through headaches as well as prevention.
