Comfort, Height adjustment is helpful, sturdier, Appearance is good, but expensive felt for it but not a bad product overall satisfying (but not a pocket friendly)

Happy with the purchase. Im using it for to place laptop for work, it is perfect for my gaming chair. Also I can sit in bed and use it. It won't occupy lot is space when putting aside because of its design. Finish and quality is top notch. Just check your minimum height requirement.

Amazon has not disclosed anywhere that this product has to be assembled- and will be delivered flat packed. I was shocked when the package arrived to see there were about 25-30 parts including nuts bolts, sliders wheels, columns, etc. Etc. When I called customer service, they acknowledged that nowhere on the product page have they said it has to be assembled by the buyer but did point me towards a video on the page to learn how to assemble, and said I should have seen it! As resolution, they asked me to call the vendor. Having seen the video and tried on my own, I realised assembling this item is a job for an accomplished carpenter. Hunted one down and had to pay him 700/- — this is on top of the 4999/- price. Hence total cost of ownership is 5700/- for me. As I said, buy only after accounting for the price you have to pay a good carpenter to put this Humpty Dumpty together. Bad decision by me and poor transparency on Amazon store.

Very well designed. Also very well thought through to ensure assembling process is smooth and you need no extra tooling.

The product is quite heavy and sturdy. But you would need different size spanners, cross rim wrench (four way spanner) and philip screwdrivers to assemble for large screws and small one in end. The packaging box was having cuts at multiple places but it may be due to rough handling during delivery or packaging. The bubble wrap was not wrapped around the board for its safety. But what some others claim is not correct, it has an assembly manual with steps and images inside and a video is there on the product page on amazon, just see product demo video and scroll right to see assembly video. Board came with metal piece screwed to it which was very good point as one doesnt have to directly interact with wood board during assembly and least chances of manual errors and unintentional damage to board as tightening screws on wooden board can be a lot trickier. It took me approx. 30-45 minutes to assemble it due to heavy parts. Why I wanted to give 4.5 rating instead of 5 because of few reasons: 1. Instructions doesn't suggest which slots should wheels(casters) with locks to be inserted in as only 2 out of 4 has locks (else all 4 wheels should have locks). 2. Hydraulic should work both ways for increasing and decreasing height, but its ok as even for chairs we have to put pressure by sitting on it to move it downwards. 3. There is a minor negligible issue in finishing on one corner, which 99% of people might ignore, but i am hard task person during quality checks. One can use the table while sitting on bed or on chair also. The table doesn't wobble at all, like other options on Amazon or other sites, so safe for elderly, kids and even office work. Don't believe just my review, use it yourself to experience it.
