Colavita Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This has been a lifesaver product for me. I have pretty severe IBS and follow the low FODMAP diet. I did the elimination diet and know my biggest trigger is garlic of all foods, which is in everything unfortunately. This allows us to cook at home and add garlic flavoring to everything without the risk of stomach pain. The price is amazing!

Recently discovered that I likely have methane dominant SIBO, which is starting to be referred to as IMO. I immediately started eating exceptionally low fodmap but only a few solid days into this I was still on the fence about what food life would even be without garlic and onions especially. Then I learned that garlic infused EVOO is completely safe as long as it has been thoroughly filtered and contains absolutely no remnants of the actual plant. This oil is so wonderfully flavored I’d never even know there isn’t actual garlic present! Low Fodmap is starting to not look so glum! This will be going on most things so luckily it’s a nice size bottle too! Just buy it ❤️

The roasted garlic oil is great. Lots of garlic flavor.

My wife loves this for cooking and salads. We have ordered this from Amazon before. This bottle had part of the black plastic cap broken; small pieces inside the cardboard box. No leakage. Amazon cardboard box looked fine. When the old bottle is finished, we will switch caps.

I am addicted to this Colvita oil. It is a cooking staple with perfect garlic flavor and quality oil. It is worth every penny. Always arrives intact and well packed.

Garlic flavor is nice. Not overpowering. Bottling is easy to dispense in small and large amounts as needed. I keep it next to the stove and use it for sautéing or drizzling it to add flavor. It is a good substitute for pressing fresh garlic when I am in a hurry; it's not a heavy garlic flavor so if love a pronounced garlic flavir, this may not be strong enough for you.

Super avec salade, pâte ect. Le goût de l'ail est vraiment présent en comparaison avec d'autres marques.

This fodmap certified oil is a lifesaver. We can add flavour to a meal and not get sick. I wish they made other fodmap certified flavours. Good quality, great flavour and is an excellent value. We buy this frequently.

Not exactly as what I thought. The garlic flavour is there but not what i tasted craft olive oils with garlic flavour. it tasted a bit artificial / plastic type. OK for one time buy. nothing wrong and nothing exceptional

This oil is my homes favorite. Great garlic aroma and flavor. I use it in my home made pizza and pastas but also when frying up some simple veggies. Very versatile. Only complaint is I wish it came in a glass bottle like the rest of the product line. I am anti plastic to the nth degree.

I have colitis, so cannot eat garlic. THIS is a GREAT alternative, as I get the garlic flavour but not the actual garlic itself - and NO problems! I will purchase again and again.
