Delicious canned callaloo
I got this to add variety to my diet, I love greens of all kinds they are my favorite veggie. This was no disappointment, and made a fantastic bed for some fiery blackened fish filets I cooked recently. The smell was fine, the texture was great, and the callaloo complimented my baked fish nicely.

Linstead Market Callaloo
I tried can callaloo for the first time while visiting the UK and it was great. I was so resistant to trying the can version, I came home ordered and added veggies and salt fish, fried some dumplings and was delighted. This callaloo is in a liquid you can rinse before using. I highly recommend it.
