Ingredients say hot peppers but bottle days mild. Is this mild or hot?

I would describe it as sweet heat, moderate, kinda like the seasoning of paprika and crushed red pepper flakes without the seeds. My best guess is it was prepared with red hot peppers without the seeds. A person with a spicy taste palette will notice the heat from the hot peppers is subtle.
