Does this fit in the skip hop diaper bag? From the reviews I can already gather that the description stating it holds 10 cloth diapers is misleeding.

I use mine inside of my duo double as well as my Louis Vuitton Neverfull mm and longchamp pliages totes. It's very handy. It holds a small pack of wipes or wipes case, about six diapers, and a footed panama thingy -- without bulging like crazy.

The video shows this in a landscape folded mode - does it have snaps or anything to keep it like that or you just fold it yourself? I want it compact

You fold it yourself. It's got a lot of capacity, and is made of quality material. I gave this to my daughter as she takes my grandson to daycare daily. It works great in his diaper bag, as well as just for traveling.

Would this fit a Tula?

If you were to fold up it up and secure it with the waistband you could fit a standard Tula in this bag. It would be a bit tight, but it is do-able.

Can this bag hold a child's swimsuit and small beach towel?

Swim suit, yes. With the beach towel, I would doubt it. It's tough to fit 5 cloth diapers in it.
