Great game for younger and older audience
This is a great game for younger audiences. And for older audiences, my college roomates teased me when I first brought it home and then I didn't get to play it for several weeks because they were always playing it. I wonder if some of the puzzles might be a bit difficult for an audience of 10 year olds because they were kind of difficult for me to figure out at first but there is plenty of simple gameplay as well. There is a previous edition that only had the original star wars movies in them, this has all of them so if your going to buy lego star wars make sure your getting the complete saga. It's twice the game as the edition with just the original trilogy. This game was so much fun that I've also purchase lego indiana jones and I home to get the new lego star wars III the clone wars. Some of the newer lego games like lego harry potter allow for the screen to be split if one of the players wanders off on their own instead of requiring them to stay on the same screen the whole time. While being required to be on the same screen requires cooperation it can also cause trouble if one player is a little more skilled at the game and not very patient.

Great Couch Coop game with friend or younger child
This was a present for my 5 year old. I was worried whether or not the game-play would be easy enough for my 4 year old (now 5), but he loves it and begs me everyday to play the game with him. There is no dialog but the cut-scenes are fun and it's great playing through the saga in order. As soon as you play through one mission, you can go back with 'free play' and swap characters at will in-order-to get to places you couldn't before, so there is also a lot of replay-ability. 2 player max. I wish I could add a third player, and my only other complaint is that there is no training or guide at the beginning. Since we have never played a Lego game before it was confusing to start the game and we are just there walking around a cantina with no mission and no idea where to go or what to do. (you have to walk through doors to start episodes and missions).

Lots of fun
If you like Lego and Star Wars, you can't go wrong here. Play through episodes I-VI by yourself or with a friend. You can drop in or out of another person's game at any time, which is nice. Fun to play with my 4-year-old. Only issue is the camera tries to keep both characters on screen at once. Patience is required if playing with a younger person that isn't quite as goal-oriented and just wants to explore every nook and cranny and jump around the levels. Parents need not worry, very family friendly with trademark Lego humor and sort of glosses over that whole Anakin-to-Vader transformation. Also plenty of replay value with bonus levels and extra goals to achieve when revisiting levels with different characters. After completing a level in story mode, you can revisit in free play mode with any characters you've unlocked. Beyond your primary character selection, the make up of the rest of your party seems random. The game also resets you to Jedi Master Qui Gon and Padawan Obi Wan every time you start. Despite the small hiccups, it is a very enjoyable experience overall.

A must for any Star Wars fan, or non fan
Lego really does a great job with creating games around popular movie franchises. This game takes you through all the chapters of Star Wars and has it's own modified animations in between. Part of the charm of the Lego games is how they capture the personalities of each character in the game. One of the main drawbacks is that if two people are playing, they have to agree where they want to explore. There is no split screen. I have a 7 year old and a 5 year old. And they always want to go different directions, and no one wants to follow the other. Every now and then there is a level (usually a race) where I can't figure out what the object is, and I wish there was a hint button or something to tell you what you're supposed to do. Overall, though, it's a great game. I'm not even a big Star Wars fan, but I can't imagine any Star Wars fan being without it.

One of the most enjoyable games I have played in a long time
I have to give this game a 10 out of 10This is the second Lego game that I’ve gotten into, the first being Lego Marvel Superheroes, and I’ve got to hand it to TT, they really know how to make some awesome games. This will be an in depth review.Visuals/Presentation-10/10The visuals here are stunning considering when the game was made and very few flaws are present in the game. Lightsabers look spot on; along with blaster bolts and the character models are accurate and as realistic as they could be for a Lego game.Audio/Sound-10/10The soundtrack that all star wars fans know and love is here to deliver in a majestic way. The appropriate soundtrack goes with the appropriate episode (meaning you won’t hear episode 1 music while playing episode 4); the sounds of the Lightsaber and blasters and blaster bolts are spot on. The only sound I wasn’t a big fan of initially was the jetpack sound but even that I just got used to over time.Gameplay-10/10This game is easy to play and not overly difficult. The puzzles aren’t that hard and it appeals to all ages. This is a well-designed game. People of all ages should find this game extremely enjoyable. The Verdict-10/10Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga isn’t perfect, but it’s pretty close. It is by far one of the more enjoyable games I’ve played in a long time. Anyone who enjoys Lego games or is thinking about getting into Lego games should DEFINITELY pick up this game, and certainly any Star Wars fan will think that this game is a MUST HAVE.

Such a fun game for fans and non-fans alike. Even playing on the "older" console (360), it is a pile of fun.
