its a good mat feels comfortable to use and is very sturdy, only thing is that it tends to move theres no grip on the base which is a little annoying

I always suffered with lower back problems, but this provided the lower support I needed.

The arch to the cushion is quite thick and therefore high when in position. It means that I can't lay all the way back as the cushion doesn't end until half way past my shoulderblades. It makes it very painful to try and meet the floor with the remainder of the upper back. I found it impossible to get the full sit up movement as a result. The abs don't engage when using this as they don't seem to need to. So I can do loads of sit ups and it be for nothing or very little in terms of ab tone or growth but that remains to be seen as I haven't used it over a long time.The build quality seems good. It just isn't designed thin enough and stops my abs from engaging with the exercise. What good is doing loads of sit up if the only muscle group not working is the abs?

Very reasonable, high quality and durable. I use this regularly and it is firm, comfortable and durable. It lives outside in the gazebo in all weathers and looks brand new. I’m 6ft 3 and this mat fits me well for a range of exercises. Would certainly recommend it.
