This has been THE BEST knee brace for me. If you have any kind of patella pathology, this not only stabilizes and helps mechanically reduce tendon in the ligament below the patella, but the second step above it really helps with the tendon. Most people don't know that the patella is suspended between a ligament below (bone to bone) and a tendon (muscle to bone) above. This dual brace approach targets both while leaving the patella free. Other braces, even with the circle hole over the patella, create external pressure. If you've got fluid under your patella, those braces may stabilize, but also prevent proper healing. Professionally as a neuromuscular therapist, I'm evaluating this as a great choice for patella pathologies, and personally I'm saying this thing is a godsend. It's making my rehab out of injury easier. So glad I ditched the other brace style. I highly recommend this one.

I have current knee pain both at the front and middle of my knee and I purchased this strap based on the video review. Short feedback is I love it. I had another brand but it did nothing because the difference with this one is it has a thin tube which directs accurate gentle pressure for maximum effectiveness. Now I can workout and move around without worrying about having sharp pain and anxiety.

I am very pleasantly surprised at how much this brace has helped me. When hiking, my right knee starts shaking during steep downhill sections and previously I had been using a typical sleeve brace. That brace limited my range of motion too much and turned into a sweaty mess almost immediately so I decided to give these a try. This brace isn’t perfect, but it’s waaaay better than the other ones! PROS: Opens completely so you can put it on without removing boots. The silicone tubes really make for comfortable, snug, non pinchy support Smaller coverage area makes it less hot and sweaty to wear. Velcro on BOTH ends of the bands! No more loose flap sliding around underneath. Keeps my knee from shaking and hurting! CONS: If I hike uphill with the brace on, the repeated deep knee bends cause the section behind the knee to pinch and dig in really painfully. This is only a problem when climbing up the mountain, and I mostly need the support going down so it’s not a big deal to just wear the brace for that part. It would be nice if they could fix that though. The top strap does tend to work its way down after a while. It’s not a big deal to adjust it, but mildly annoying. Worth noting that I have pretty big thighs so my kneecap isn’t very prominent, so there isn’t really anything to counteract gravity. This might be more of a leg shape issue than a design issue. So all in all, these are really great as long as you’re not looking to wear them while doing dozens of deep lunges. Very happy I bought them

I was looking for an above-and-below patella brace and this one looked promising based reviews. However, when I got it and tried it on, I found the top support for the patella to be way off-center. The end of the support centered on my kneecap and the rest of the support rested on my interior knee, which defeats the purpose of the patella support in my mind. Upon fiddling with the brace, I realized the top support is enclosed in a long tube of fabric, so the support had drifted to the interior during shipping. Hopefully the 1st and 2nd pics I've uploaded will show the range the patella support can move in the top part of the brace. Might it stay in place while wearing? idk. What I do know is that if it didn't it would annoy me to keep adjusting it, and that if I wore it very long I wouldn't be able to return it, so I'm erring on the side of caution and returning it without a full trial. I will say the interior lateral supports are a neat idea! I think they'd probably help someone who needed that kind of stabilization, but I can't say for sure how much help they'd offer based on my short time wearing this brace. Also including the tag for the care instructions, though that's accurately reflected in the description. The tag also has the materials used to make this neoprene product - it's a nylon, polyester and spandex mix.

Works great! Price is pretty reasonable. I’m 40 with the body of a 65 year old and I just started playing pickleball—lots of it! These straps/knee braces work great and help to prevent injury and soreness the day after. Highly recommended it! Make sure to ice your knees after each play to reduce swelling and prevent injury!

What I like most is the dual-strap design. The two straps that anchor to your leg keep the brace locked in place exactly where it needs to be over the patellar tendon, so it doesn’t shift or ride up during movement. That stability is what makes it actually effective instead of just another brace that ends up in the wrong spot halfway through a workout. It does start to become a little irritating if wearing it for a full 16 hours multiple days, but the support was worth it for my current needs. It fits just as it should and the padding is sufficient for the patellar area.

Ho comprato questo tutore per mio papà che ha poco più di 80 anni. Ha avuto problemi ad un ginocchio a seguito di uno sforzo ed aveva perso un poco la sicurezza nell'utilizzo di una gamba. Ha utilizzato questo tutore per camminare e guidare e si è sentito più protetto nell'utilizzo della gamba. Naturalmente prima di utilizzare questo genere di dispositivi confrontatevi sempre con un medico per capire se il problema possa essere gestito in questo modo o siano necessari approfondimenti diagnostici. Perchè è facile peggiorare una situazione che inizialmente può sembrare banale. Comunque per concludere il prodotto ha fatto il suo dovere ed adesso non viene più utilizzato, salvo che non si ripresenti questo deficit di motilità del ginocchio e forza nella gamba.

I have patellar tendon soreness that was hurting sport, but not bad enough for surgery. This helped to the point that in the middle of a field hockey match I forget about my knee, when it used to be my primary concern. I'm not going to include a picture of my knee, it looks like any other knee.
