Omg!! I didn’t know paper could be like this!
This paper is so incredibly smooth to write on it’s crazy. I’ve never seen or felt anything like it. My fountain pens glide over with no discernible feedback. It’s an absolute pleasure writing on this paper. I can’t recommend it enough.

Don’t spill anything on the cover!
The paper is fine and I think the notebook itself is fine …it’s just that the cover material does not do well if something is smudged on it. I had some colored pencil smudge on my finger that apparently got on the front cover and I went to take it off, and the coloring of the cover came off with it when I tried to wipe it clean . So the front cover doesn’t look very good anymore. Other than that I think it’s OK but they need to improve the cover so it is spill resistant., imo.

Excellent Fountain Pen Paper
You can use wet fountain pen inks without feathering, bleed through, or ghosting. And especially nice, the ink colors and properties like sheen or glitter really show up well even with a fine nib. Excellent value for such lovely paper. I will be buying more. Much smoother to use than leuchtturm or le stallion, and better at showing sheen.

Favorite Paper for Fountain Pens
Been a fan of Clairefontaine for years, and not just because it's wonderful with my fountain pens. I've found that it works just as well with gel pens like Inkjoy and Energel. This paper is like a little luxury and makes writing enjoyable.

Clairefontaine never disappoints
Item arrived sooner than expected. The notebook is beautifully made. The high quality paper works well with a fountain pen. It’s my favorite type for journaling. However, I normally purchase my claiirefontaine notebooks from another source for less than half the cost of this one.. Because I needed it delivered faster, I decided to use Amazon prime.

Great for fountain pen. No bleed or feather
I needed a journal for my fountain pen . It takes fountain pen perfectly. The paper isn’t as smooth as im used to , but its still great. It’s high quality, feels nice to use and own Perfect for my fountain pen

I love all Clairefontaine products
I love all Clairefontaine products. I'm so happy I've found them ... only wish it had been earlier in life. The smoothness of this high quality paper is unbelievable -- it's like touching silk. The words from the fountain pen flows like liquid, without shading, ghosting or anything -- no matter how wet the pen is.
