Do i need to add a skeletal structure?

You could add a structure to it if youd like. It depends largely on how you want to interact with the dummy.

Is something special placed on the feet so that it stands still and makes projections of judo?

It does not stand up by itself.

How do I fill the upper half of the dummy?

There is an opening in the crotch. Put the dummy upside-down and fill. Pack densely because the filling moves around a fair bit. The crotch then laces up.

Does it self stand and can it be used for Greco Wrestling?

It does Not stand, and yes it is great for all wrestling and Grappling Arts.

One tough cookie

Very impressed with this piece of kit. A bit of a work out to stuff it with rags, but has lots of access points to get the rags in. I use it as a punch bag and made a modification by installing a skeletal structure made from heavy gauge pipe and mild steel rods. It is taking one hell of a pounding off me and no issues with the stitching so far. Well worth the money.
