MD740 Dental Intraoral Camera - Easy USB Connection, 6 LED, 1.3 Mega Pixels - Dental Software Included!

Based on the recommendations of a friend I bought this camera. So far pretty happy with it, good ease of use, easy to install, well-written user manual. Picture quality is pretty good, free software is not great, but OK. I have 2 Sopro cameras that I paid a lot of cash. You can probably buy 20 of these FocusDent MD740 cameras for the same price as one Sopro. I will buy additional FocusDent units on Amazon and install in every one of my operatories. Highly recommend for it’s price, simplicity and image clarity!

Image quality was poor and even though I am technically inclined, I couldn’t get it to work with Dexis fully. It will connect and manual photos can be taken but the capture button never worked. That means you need two people to capture an image to maintain infection control protocols. You’ll probably end up having to bite the bullet and buy one of the expensive cameras.

Easy to install with Dexis. Image quality is just okay. I was excited about this camera, but am disappointed by the image quality. It is good enough to show a broken cusp or an area of decay, but not quite the image quality to show fine fracture lines. I'm glad I bought it, but would easily pay another $100 bucks on top of the price of this camera to have a better image!

Very good camera, simple to install and use. The picture quality is excellent and the item was delivered on time. Will pay for itself within the first day :)

Have been looking for inexpensive but good intraoral camera that is either wireless or USB connected. FocusDent MD740 looks promising. Sure beats the 4K i spent few years ago.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sucht seinesgleichen. Ich benutze mittlerweile 3 Stück davon in meiner Praxis. Sie funktionieren sehr gut mit der Kodak Röntgensoftware - einzig der Auslöseknopf (wie bereits in vorigen Rezessionen beschrieben) funktioniert nicht mit der Kodak SW (man löst stattdessen am Rechner in der SW aus). Die beiliegende SW habe ich kurz ausprobiert, ist sicher kein progammierisches Meisterstück, würde aber auch seinen Dienst verrichten. Da ich so allerdings die Bilder direkt in meine vorhande Rö-Bilder- Datenbank integrieren kann brauche ich die mitgelieferte SW nicht - wirklich Plug& Play! Bildqualität ist auch gut. Alles in Allem ein super Gerät, würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Einfach zu bedienen, einfach zu installieren, günstiger Preis, Bildqualität ist akzeptabel für die Preisklasse Man kann die Kamera auch weiterempfehlen.

Anfangs ganz gute Bilder, aber offensichtlich ist die Kamera nicht wasserdicht, mach ca 1 Woche wurden die Bilder zuerst unscharf und dann völlig verschwommen.

Die Kamera ist vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Funktioniert mit Mac und PC (nur Test für Tabletbetrieb steht noch aus) Die Bildqualität ist "erschreckend" gut ;-) Dies habe ich bei diesem Preis nicht erwartet. Die, wie ich finde notwendige Kamerasteuerung (Spiegeln, drehen usw.), funktioniert unter MacOs, z.B. mit IGlasses problemlos. Die mitgelieferte Windows Software reicht nur für's Grobe und man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten. Insgesamt die perfekte mobile Intraorallösung. Wünschen würde ich mir eine stabil arbeitende Wlan-Variante. Aber wie die Erfahrung zeigt: Kabelgebunden ist doch oftmals, wenn auch nicht die komfortabelste, aber die sicherste Variante.

In der Dentalbranche gibt es so viele teure Kameras. Aber was mache ich mit einer Kamera? Ja ich zeige meinen Patienten ihre Problemstellen im Mund. Und dafür ist diese Kamera absolut super. Tolles Bild, super Ausleuchtung immer scharf und nie beschlagen. Und das zu diesem Preis. Ja vielleicht könnte man diese Kamera über dubiose Händler aus China noch günstiger bekommen, aber wie lange dauert das? Zollgebühren und MwSt. dazu Probleme bei Nachfragen und Service, Nein Danke. Ich bin absolurt zufrieden. Habe die Kamera nachmittags bestellt und sie war am nächsten morgen bei mir. Unglaublich eigentlich. Auf eine Nachfrage hatte ich innerhalb 3 Stunden eine Antwort und zwar auf astreinem Deutsch. das habe ich schon sehr oft anders erlebt. Ich schaffe es zwar nicht die Kamera direkt über Dampsoft laufen zu lassen und arbeite über das beigelegte Programm, für mich absolut ausreichend. Bereue den Kauf nicht und kann das Produkt nur empfehlen.
