Like the flavor. Do not drink a lot because of the carb content. Overall great when I do drink it.

I have used this same product but in pineapple flavor in the past. Unfortunately that was not available so I tried the strawberry Lemonade. This is way too sweet! I use a half a scoop with 25 ounces of water and still feel like I’m getting a sugar rush just from the taste. I did not have that problem with the pineapple and I’ll see if I can find that pineapple again.As far as workouts go, I used this brand and found I had less delayed onset muscle soreness if I drink this after my work out.

I ordered this product less than 3 days ago and today when it finally arrived it is expired. Unfortunately, this product does not have a return option, so this user (He is very active) I would never recommend it and I hope those 30 dollars become salt and waterdisappointed.
