Wuu Jau H-5536 V for Vendetta Dagger with Leather Sheath, 18"

This is much more than a stage prop. This is a serious knife that bespeaks 'murder weapon'. Small chain wound around handle is intended to insure a good grip but makes closing the snap difficult.

I wasn't expecting a super-professional product at this price point, but it isn't too bad. It is exactly as advertised and fairly well done. The 440 SS blade is dull but I expected that for a prop weapon. Nice sharp point, though. The grip is a little uncomfortable because the wire wrap wasn't embedded very deeply in the handle material. The sheath is leather and also fairly nice. It's double stitched and has a generous welt to allow the blade to slide in and out easily. Nice tight retaining strap for the handle, too. If you are looking for a professionally made usable weapon, this is not the choice for you. But if you are looking for a fairly well made prop from a popular movie, this will fit right in with your collection.

The knives helped make the costume "Rock" as some of the other party goers said. Decent quality and price.

It's cheap, so expectations were low. It's definitely a good value for a costume knife, and with a little elbow grease it can be a bit more. Pros: The look and weight are good, and the unsharpened blade has a nice profile to it. Size is right for a medieval dagger Cons: Handle and guard were loose out of the package. I tightened the nut on the pommel, which stopped the rattling. The handle is the worst part of this knife - the wire wrapped around it sticks out too far, and feels like a loose coathanger floating on plastic. I'm going to make my own custom wood handle to replace the plastic one, and that will raise this from a cheap costume piece to a nice looking and feeling dagger that will pass closer scrutiny. No plans to sharpen it or put it in any combat role, as I'm sure it's not tempered or sturdily constructed.

Way bigger than I was expecting, but that was probably my bad - I’m sure the dimensions were listed. I just bought this for a Halloween costume so I am no connoisseur of these types of things, but it seems to be pretty good quality for the price. It looked cool with my costume and in my pictures. I was pleased. Also quick to ship!

Knife is duller than a butter knife, chain wrapped is loose, not particularly heavy. in purchase condition a wall hanger.

This is NOT an official branded product if you were wondering. It's a poor quality replica. The blade is dull, the edges are unevenly shaped, the handle is plastic with a poor quality chain wrapped around it, and the pommel at the end of the handle of mine does not attach on straight. Even the box it came in screamed low quality knock off. V for Vendetta is my all time favorite movie but when I found this dagger I figured it was too good to be true. I bought it purely out of hope and curiosity. I would in no way recommend this to anyone unless they could somehow find it for as little as $5 but even then, it would just be for the novelty of having it. The sheath is nice though.
